I have ran through a couple of Radiate in the last few months after contacting TheMyth when I saw the formula. If you intend on stacking it with a pre workout, I would 1 scoop Radiate about 20-30 minutes before you take your pre workout, whatever that may be. It is certainly the best way to dose for me and leaves me absolutely drenched after training.

Currently using hard rock supps seismic surge for me preworkout and it's got a kick to it! I'm not sure I could handle the radiate plus that stuff lol. It's a proprietary blend, but there's a minimum of 200mg of caffeine in that seismic surge if not 300, which means with the radiate I'd be getting 400-500mg total. Way too much for me.

I’d just try a full scoop of Radiate preworkout before you add anything else. Do it on an empty stomach and see how your workout goes. I’d be surprised if it didn’t perform to your liking.

I'll definitely have to give it a shot. Right now I'm enjoying radiate as a substitute for my morning coffee. Don't get me wrong, I love my coffee, but I already made the mistake of having a cup PLUS the radiate lol.

Weight this morning: 208.4

So sometimes I just don't understand this weight loss deal. It was one thing losing an excess of body fat, but now I'm struggling getting well below the 20%. However, in the last week or so, I've lost more weight and have seen more definition come through once I really started taking advantage of nutrient timing. What I mean by that, is having carbs directly after my workout. Now, this is a concept I'm not new to by any means, but having been a fat kid my whole life, there's that part of you that still restricts carbs/food even at times when there's a possibility that you actually need to eat MORE to lose weight.

If you haven't heard of "Eat to Perform" then I suggest checking it out. They are a webpage and facebook group dedicated towards, well.....eating to perform and losing weight while doing it.

Anywho....sounds counter intuitive, but I've been drinking 36g of protein and then banging out a bag of gummy bears directly after my workout. Each day I've done this, I've been down in weight the next day. I'm actually getting inspired again that I'm on the right track. Weights are going up, fat is dropping off, I really can't ask for much more. Gummy bears are one of my biggest vices, but as long as I eat them within 30 minutes of working out, it seems to just shuttle those nutrients to my muscles.

Took my radiate about 20 minutes ago, already feeling warm!

Thanks again for the opportunity and support guys. You are all some amazing people to be so encouraging to someone you don't even know.

Cheers!

Weight: 209.8 Been kind of hovering around 208 - 210 but I know I've had some higher sodium days in the last 2-3 days so I'm not too worried about it. Pretty sure it's mostly water.

Started a new routine today which started off with leg day.

Doing some back squats it was 5 sets using rep ranges of 3,3,2,2, then 1.

Did 205x3
225x3
235x2
235x2
250x1

Felt like I had a little gas in the tank, so I tried going for a PR, but only tied my previous one of 265 for a single. Felt like my form was a bit sloppy so I put the ego aside and didn't go for any higher. I could tell my butt came up before my shoulders on that 265 so I didn't want to do anything stupid and hurt myself.

Other than that, just some leg press action, seated leg curls, and finally was supposed to end with some leg extensions, but unfortunately the machine was taken.

Either way, felt good and looking forward to this new routine!

Weight: 207.8

Got down on a pretty solid chest workout today and was feeling pretty strong. Same rep scheme as yesterday which was the 5 sets of 3, 3, 2, 2, 1.

Did incline bench to start:
135x3
135x3
145x2
150x2
160x2
160x2

As you can see I never got to the heavy single lol, because on the last set that I thought I'd only have one in me, I had 2 reps. I then finished off doing 8 reps at 115 just to help get that pump.

Dumbbell flat bench next with 60x8, 50x8, 45x8, and 45x8 superset into some dumbbell flyes also 4x8 rep scheme.

3x12 peck deck then finished with 3x12 bent arm dumbbell pullovers.

Feels good to be back on a routine as I had previously just been going and doing a push/pull schedule without recording my weights. More or less having fun with it, but I'm back on track and wanting to get those results! It was also nice that today I did a few things I don't typically do like dumbbell flyes and the pec deck. Always nice to incorporate some new moves every once in a while.

As usual, I've been taking my radiate before I go to work and it has replaced my coffee in the morning. I love my coffee, but I'm really enjoying what the radiate is bringing as well. That warming feeling on these cold montana mornings is always welcomed!

Enjoying some green tea instead of coffee these days!

Weight: 206

On the steady decline on weight! Dropping regularly after workout days which is good and leaning out a bit.

Still using the radiate in the morning before I go to work. I like the boost and the focus it gives me for sure.

Back day again! Still doing the routine with the 5x3,3,2,2,1 scheme.

Did the following on rack pulls

315x3
335x3
350x2
365x2
385x1

At this point, I was so damn close to 405, and 385 felt good, I decided to go for it and whatya know, nailed it!

405x1 PR and finally part of the 405 club. I will admit I have to use straps at this weight. My grip sucks well before 405, but I don't want to wait for my grip to catch up. I know some might not agree with that, but when I'm testing my back strength, I don't want to be limited by my grip.

Finished out with 4x8 seated cable rows, 4x8 straight arm pulls downs, and 3x12 high rows.

Overall a nice day of feeling strong!

thats awesome, the weight will shed off with Radiate. Plus it will be hard to get all your cals in. I just started my reverse and still struggling but I am tapering off Radiate. I am going to miss it :(

Funny you mention the calories because I thought I was going to be over on one of my days and found out I was still 500 short! I am struggling to get in 2500 which is crazy because I've definitely put upwards of 4000 down before with ease. Now I can tell I'm not that hungry and even when I feel like I'm "starving" it doesn't take much of a meal to satiate me.

Right, you get full very quick. Like does this stuff shrink my stomach? HAHA! I dont know how they do it but its amazing. Cant wait to cut again because of the feel good it gives you too, better mood, especially when you can't eat all the foods.

Weight: 202.6

On the steady decline on the weight loss which is perfect!

Had a rest day yesterday which was much needed. I could just tell I was running myself pretty thin. Most the time I know I'm pretty fatigued when I first get out of bed in the morning and my legs feel like they just don't want to carry me across the house lol.

Felt much better this morning and set a new PR on my squats. 275 for a single. My current rep scheme is doing 5 sets of 3, 3, 2, 2, 1.

I will admit that the 275 wasn't the prettiest squat ever, but I managed to get it with I'd say about 90% good form. Ass came up a LITTLE bit before my shoulders so it's definitely up in that weight range that's at my max, especially without a spotter.

Also, it didn't occur to me until yesterday that both this product and my preworkout have Alpha Yohimbine in it lol. No wonder I feel so damn fired up in the mornings when I take my radiate!

Still trucking along at around 2400-2500 calories and it's yielding great results. It's enough calories to still see strength gains, but in a deficit enough to see some fat loss.

As shy as I am, I think I'll have some good before and after photos for you guys here in a few more weeks when I'm done with the radiate!

Sorry for the lack of updates!

After a less than stellar diet weekend, I had gone back up to 211.8. Currently weighing in at 208 this morning. I definitely put on a decent amount of water weight.

Visited a friend that moved to a different town. First time visiting him there, so my will power took a dive. :(

Oh well, back on track and ready to go. My overall average is still on the decline so I'm not too worried about.

Still having my radiate in the morning and then enjoying a cup of green tea at work lately which has been nice.

Still got to live a little!

Very true, overall I'm quite strict on myself. Just can't pass up home-made chicken enchiladas, ya know?!

I eat homemade chicken enchiladas at least twice a month. my wife can really whip up some tasty chicken enchiladas.
Just look at it as protein!

weight: 201.6

Back on the steady decline. I just looked to see when I started this thread which was about 4 weeks ago. At the time I posted a weight of about 212. Last weekend through the previously mentioned enchiladas and a couple drinks I put on a bunch of water weight and ballooned back up to 211.8, but have since gotten that rid of.

Starting to notice some semblance of abs lol....kind of funny, I know, especially to those of you that are already shredded, but having had a gut most of my life, it's at least nice to be able to see the outline of where they are. Really helps in that "Imagine where you want to be" process when you can start to see the results.

I still have plenty of radiate left, so it looks like I'm extending this another 4 weeks haha. I'm like the anti-bro...on a permanent cut instead of permabulk.

An old flame is in town that I was always quite smitten with. Getting to have some breakfast and sushi today so it'll be a little more difficult to track calories, but should still be able to remain fairly clean eating throughout the day.

Glad to see that weight went down. Keep cutting since you got a lot left. It is worth it. I am on week 4 of my reverse and raised my cals up 300 and no weight gain and still have my abs.

Give the old flame a scoop too and y’all can be lit together.

On a serious note, glad to see the lbs are on the decline. Keep your focus on the grind and progress will be made!

lol, believe it or not she doesn't go the gym like I do, but I don't particularly care. I go for me, not anyone else, nor is it a requirement that my love interest go. I think she's got a great body anyhow. =P Kind of off topic, but she was actually a heart break of mine. She had moved to Puerto Rico for work and we just couldn't make long distance work. Now I'm trying to rekindle that flame and move down to Sacramento where she's at so we can be together.

Anywho, back on topic!

Weight: 199.6

Woohoo! Achieved my first goal of getting below 200. Main goal I think I listed in this particular thread was 195, but I've been struggling just to get below 200 for a while now. When I first lost weight I got down to about 180, then built back up to 225, now back down to sub-200 which I like.

Abs are popping through, things are looking tighter, and overall just feeling good and remotivated to stay on track.

Only thing I noticed is that my workout today wasn't very good. Just didn't have the energy as I don't think I got enough calories yesterday. Probably less than 2000, and while it helped to get me under 200lbs, it certainly didn't help todays workout.

Either way, no more distractions and back on the grind! I don't have family out here so Christmas will be just another day for me. No big dinners or anything like that so that shouldn't throw me off at all.

As always, thanks for everyones continued motivation and support!

Weight: 198.6

Not so much to report today, just mainly the continued weight drop. Next goal is 195, then 190.....Let's see how far we can take this!

Weight: 199.0

I'm guessing I've finally hit my plateau. I just haven't felt very strong this week. I started my cut at 218lbs about 12 weeks ago and had been setting PR's up until the last couple weeks of really dropping the weight. I think I might have to start in with the 'reverse diet' theory and increase my calories by a little before dropping them back down in a week or 2 to reset my metabolism as I've also stopped dropping weight as of yesterday even after a workout day and being 100% on point with diet.

Love the leaning out, but the mental effects of not performing like I want certainly take their toll as well. Oh well, can't really expect to drop a bunch of weight and still hit PRs!

I think I just need to tell myself to get over it and realize it's just not realistic to keep lowering your weight down, but expect to keep putting up heavier and heavier weights. Just a bummer because it's hard to feel like a beast when you aren't even performing up to the standard you are used to! I also don't think I've successfully cut in a while to this level, afterall I'm about 14lbs down from when I first started this log, so my first goal is coming along nicely.

Just gotta stop sweating the details and put the time in at the gym and get 'er done!

Weight: 196.0lbs

Just a little update on the weight today. Diet has been on point, weight still dropping. Just 1lb away from my first goal of 195, so it looks like 190 is in view. Definitely noticing more definition than I've ever had in my entire life. I'm estimating approximately 17-18% BF currently. Photo in the beginning of this thread is a solid 20 for sure. Currently down 16lbs from the start of this thread, and 23lbs from the start of my cut.

This next week I will be taking a deload week as performance in the gym was just lacking this week. Time to go back to just chasing the pump and having fun in the gym instead of beating myself up for "Not lifting X amount of weight that day" and being bummed about it. We are our own toughest critics after all!

With about 5 weeks left on this cut, if I get down to 185 area, I think that'll be a pretty successful 16 week cut with roughly 33lbs lost. Oh well, one goal at a time!

Tonight I feast with a buddy. Luckily still pretty healthy. Filets, sweet potatoes, and salad!

Weight: 202.2

Up a little bit after a couple rest days and making sure I fed myself properly. Last week I was just so depleted I had no energy in the gym. However, off to a good start this week. Not worried about the increase in weight as per usual thanks to feeding myself and a couple rest days it's mostly just water.

I was down this morning from yesterday and suspect I'll be down again upon waking tomorrow. I swear this is like the eternal tub of radiate that never ends! Seems like I have plenty of servings left, but I will admit sometimes I forget to take it on the weekends when I'm not in my usual morning routine.

Weight: 205.6

Up in weight after some new years festivities. It blows my mind how easily I can put on water weight. 1 bad weekend = 10lbs up easily. Just took an 'after' progress shot to see where I'm at compared to 12 weeks ago and there's a definite noticeable difference even to my eyes and we all know we are our own toughest critics. So I can't be too harsh on myself, as I feel I've done pretty damn good considering we're at the time of year that everyone is bulking and I'm trying to cut.

Got in some great shoulders today. Going to make sure diet is on point and I suspect I will be lower in weight tomorrow. The graph on myfitnesspal shows a nice downward trend so I tend to not let these 'up' days get to me too much. Still on track and slimming down and should have some nice progress photos for everyone in a few more weeks. I thought I'd only have this radiate for 4 weeks, but it's looking like it's lasting me closer to 8. Okay by me as I have plenty to lose!

Anywho, looking forward to getting back on track and getting back into the 190's.

Weight: 199.8

Ahhh, back under the 200. Like I said, I knew it was a lot of water weight. Was constantly in the restroom yesterday. As you guys keep hearing me say "Back on track" meow.

Had a great day with some dead lifts today and set a new weight PR as well as rep range.

Did 315x3x2, 325x2, 335x2, and 345x1. The 335x2 is a rep range PR getting a double, and the 345 is a weight PR for a single. Was just feeling nice and strong.

Really hoping that this log stays open as I just had one of my other ones locked for a reason I can't figure out.... =/

Still gotta hit my next goal of 195. Lowest I've gotten is 196, but at that time I could tell I was super depleted and was running out of strength. Hoping to get down to that weight and lower without losing strength, but it ultimately depends on how much I eat. Maintaining right around 2500 calories which seems to be a nice balance between weight loss and strength.

Here's my weight loss progress over the last 12 weeks or so. Some spikes here and there, but ultimately a downward trend which is what I like to see. Invalid Link Removed

doing great, sorry off the boards for the holidays! I am back now. Any weight changes during the holidays for you?

doing great, sorry off the boards for the holidays! I am back now. Any weight changes during the holidays for you?

No changes in the right direction. =P That last spike upwards was right at new years. On days I refeed I'm probably consuming around 1000 extra calories. I think I should be good without a refeed for a while though as strength has been good this week. Going to make sure I get myself nice and depleted again before having any extra calories.

The overall trend is still going downward and like I had mentioned a couple posts ago, I recently took some 'after' shots to see if I'm making progress and I definitely am. Unfortunately, I still have plenty of loose skin to contend with and things like that, but ultimately I'm slimming down for sure. Can start to see where abs go and even obliques. I have to laugh when I see "You can see where the abs are supposed to be!" because I still don't really have popping abs, but I know that's the last thing to show up.

199.8 today and did back day with some heavy deads so I figure I'll be lower tomorrow. Should be on track for hitting my 195 goal by the end of this week.

Ultimately, if by the end of this whole thing, if I wind up in the 180's, I'll be pretty happy.

Just opened my last tub of Radiate (Orange Yum !!)

kjkitzman - Checked out your Instagram. You've definitely had some great cut sessions! You're shredded! Thanks for all your motivation!

OH my thank you. DM me! I would love to follow yours on there :) guilty!!

OH my thank you. DM me! I would love to follow yours on there :) guilty!!

My Instagram only has about 5 photos of food that I posted years ago haha. I don't update it so it's not worth following. =P I am following you though!

Weight: 197.00

Back on the downward slope, but I can already feel my energy depleting. Getting better at realizing when I need to refeed, although I'm not QUITE there yet. Hoping to drop down a few more pounds before I eat a solid 3000 calories for the day. 2500 is getting to the point where it's barely cutting it, but I'm still dropping weight.

I think today is a good day for a nice chicken classic bowl from LaPa grill. Rice, black beans, creamy chipotle sauce with gorgonzola, green onions, and of course, chicken gains!

Had a decent chest workout today. Got a nice pump but could tell I wasn't feeling as strong as I was last week. So it goes when dropping weight/water/glycogen, etc...

Enjoying some black tea this morning. Still been dosing my radiate before I go to work for that nice boost. This log is definitely going longer than I anticipated, but oh well. Everything is still on track, weight still being lost, so all is well. Looking forward to showing you guys some before and after as it's one of the first times in quite a while that even I can notice a difference. We all know, if you can see a difference in yourself then it's surely apparently to others.

Well thanks for the follow, I appreciate that.

Ever been on Follidrone 2.0? that helps cutting too! I did that and Radiate and I have never been so lean!

Gotta love the before and afters! Those are my favorite

Weight: 194.4

Well, I hit my goal of 195....now time to go lower! I think I originally said I'd shoot for 190 after 195, but I think I'm going to see how far into the 180s I can get. I think I won't have a refeed until I stop dropping weight as that's usually the indicator that one is needed. This is starting to seem like the never ending cut lol, but I started off at 218 about 3 months ago and am down to 194, so I'd say everything is going swimmingly! At this point I'm just going to keep going as there's really no reason to stop as long as my goals are being met.

Definitely the leanest I've personally ever been, but of course even with that said I'm far from "Shredded" but the love handles are starting to fade. Seems like that's always the last little bit to go.

Had a nice arm day today, tomorrow will be some cardio/rest and just staying on point with the diet. More chicken and rice and all that jazz.

Well thanks for the follow, I appreciate that.

Haven't tried follidrone 2 yet. Did some looking into it and looks like a pretty solid product, but at the moment I'm also running age force fat loss patch. Although for whatever reason, a mod apparently locked my log on that one and no one has told me why. :(

Weight: 194.0

Not as big of a loss today as I had in previous days which means I'm due for a refeed today. So going to try to up my calories to 3000 for the day. Today was also a cardio day and overall just a rest from lifting as I hit it hard the last 5 days in a row, but still needed/wanted to get some gym time in. Kept the heart rate in the 140's for a while and had a nice cardio day aside from initially forgetting my clothes and not realizing it until after I had already gotten to the gym. Oh well.

So no doubt, I'll probably be up tomorrow, but I'm not going to pound a bunch of junk nor drink today so I shouldn't be up too much.

Shared a progress photo with a buddy and he saw a pretty substantial difference so I can't wait to share some photos with you guys in the upcoming weeks!

Have a good weekend, everyone!

Weight: 200.00

Up from a refeed day. Enjoyed myself a nice 8oz new York strip with some mashed potatoes. Only put on a few lbs from eating what I'm guessing was close to 3500 calories that day so I'm happy.

Had a great chest workout today. Gotta love the refeed strength! Definitely anticipating being back below 200 today and on my way to getting below my previous low of 194. Don't know why, but feeling extra pumped from the radiate this morning. Truth be told it's probably because I know I'm getting to quit my job and go after some new opportunities in another state in the coming month which has me pretty excited. :D

So, I've got about 4 weeks that I'm going to really put into this as after that time packing and moving will begin. I'm moving 1000 miles from Montana to California so there will be some time without the gym. As a result, I'm going to give it my all this last 4 weeks and see how low I can get!

I gotta say, despite being up the 6lbs, I love my refeed days because my muscles look full. Still looking nice and lean this morning (lean for me anyway). By the end of this month I shall be posting some pictures for you all!

Always a good feeling when muscles fill out + feeling lean in the mornings are the best way to start the day

Weight: 195.2

I was at 194.4 yesterday so I'm a little bummed I went up today despite having been on point with diet yesterday. I did forget to take my radiate yesterday morning so who knows! Either way, as usual, I'm not too worried about the numbers as the general trend is still heading downward.

Hit a PR on my military press and finally got past a plateau. 160 for a single after hitting 135x3, 145x2, 150x2, then 160x1. I had been stuck at 155 for the longest time so it was nice to get past that albeit the weight went up pretty slooooow.

Taking a friend out to dinner tonight so trying to accommodate my calories for that, but I suspect I'll probably be up a little bit tomorrow just as a result of eating a meal I can't properly track. Still looking to get to 190 and below and I still think that's possible at least by the end of next week.

Military press for 160 is strong as fak. I like pressing, but typically stick to lighter weight. Last time I did 135 for reps I tweaked my shoulder. Old enough that I'm worried about injury

Military Press Ooooo I remember those days!

you gained less than a pound. Do you weight naked?

Military press for 160 is strong as fak. I like pressing, but typically stick to lighter weight. Last time I did 135 for reps I tweaked my shoulder. Old enough that I'm worried about injury

135 I think I can only max out at 5 reps. I think I will be backing off the weight and just going for rep range PR's at something like 135. I try to stay on top of doing things like dumbbell butterflies, although I use 2.5lb plates and they seem to keep the shoulders nice and healthy.

Just with boxers on, so pretty close. =P And yeah, I know it's a negligible amount, you just get addicted to seeing the number go down especially when you know everything has been on point so I was hoping to be under 194.00 which has been my lowest thus far. Trying to get down to 185 ideally!

Weight: 193.4

I decided to go ahead and post a before and after pic a couple weeks early. I'm not done, but I will be going to Spokane in 2 weeks to meet up with my girlfriend to spend some time with her before I make the move down to Sacramento, so I wanted to grab a photo while I was at my current lightest.

I'm not quite done yet, but I know I won't be as strict on my diet while I'm with my lady in Spokane.

Left: Weight is 218 when I started at the beginning of september. Right photo was just this morning.

Hell, I can even start to see where the abs go! =P

193.4 as of this morning! So down a total of 25lbs in 16 weeks. I move to california from montana on February 12th so I'm going hard until that point because I won't know when I'll be in the gym again. Have to find a new one when I get there!
