Overkill what? Stimulating your hpta for 15 more days to produce more natural test is good no matter the scenario!
 
Week 6 update;
Bumped lgd up to 15mg, can definitely feel the deference. More aggression while training, when your muscles fatigue you just want to keep going, can feel an extreme muscle to mind connection. As far sides go i havnt notice anything different from the 10mg. have also changed up my training routine to
Mon- chest, back
Tues- shoulders, arms
Wed- legs
Thurs- chest, back
Fri- shoulders, arms
Sat and sun are rest days like normal
Hit a pr doing dumbbell shoulder press 40kgs (88lbs) each hand x 6.
 
Week 7 update;
Feeling the same mentally as last week, lifts have gone up :)
Dumbbell shoulder press 40kgs (88lbs) x 7, squat 160kgs (352lbs) x 7, tried the 55kg (121lbs) dumbbells out for the first time on dumbbell bench and got 4 reps. Got a little time off work over christmas so im keen to see what my workouts are like fresh
 
Week 8 update;
Best ive felt in the gym yet.
Got 4 pr’s this week, dumbbell bench 52.5kgs (115lbs) x 8, second chest workout of the week got dumbbell bench 55kgs (121lbs) x 5, dumbbell shoulder press 42.5kgs (94lbs) x 6, squat 165kgs (363lbs) x 5.
Got enough lgd to last another 2 weeks so extending it to a 10 week cycle. Should i experiment with 20mg for the last 2 weeks or just stay at 15mg. Let me know your thoughts :)

I go to powerlifting meets etc guys training for 10+ years. Guys over 200lbs.
They all struggle with 50kg for reps.

If u do 50s at 19 no aas at 68kg bro u should be a future strongman star lol.

I was thinking 150 lb guy dumbell shoulder pressing 95s is strong as fuc!! Im 231 and can only do 90s x 6 dumbell shoulder press.

No lying here man all lifts are legit, can provide video evidence if you like, just have to wait till my next chest workout

Isn't 10mgs too much? I was planning on doing a 10-12 weeks cycle at 5mg. Or it's better to do a 6-8 week at 10mg? Also, is clomid alone (25/25/25/25) enough for PCT?

You can always start lower. 10mgs seems to be alot of peoples sweet spot or even starting point just from the info available. I would start lower if its your first time. If you can see gains off a lower dose then why not.

The PCT recommendation is a mini PCT. I would just run the full to be on the safe side but I would def use a SERM, Test Booster, and post cycle support following.

Regarding the pct, I was planning on doing a nolva (20/20/20/20) + clomid (25/25/25/25), but many people say that clomid alone is enough. I dont know im a bit confused tbh xD

I would use one or the other. No need for both. From my research I believe Nolva would be better but we are all different. Def weigh the sides of both and pick the option that seems best for you.

What is the optimal cycle lenght in your opinion? I think 10-12 weeks should work fine. I'm doing a lot of research but it's still damn hard to figure out whats best.

Im going to run 8-10 to start. Its the length of time being suppressed that is new to me. Youtube some LGD4033 advice. You will see cycle lengths and get a better idea. Being that I havent used it I am not comfortable going that far into how long someone should use it, but a lower dose for a little longer sounds safer. Sadly in saying that, I dont think Ive seen anyone just use 5mg for 12weeks and report. Best of luck and def run a log on here for added support.

Yeah I think I've seen pretty much every single video on youtube, and I'm still confused af. Anyway I might try to do a 8-10w at 7mgs, seems like a sweet spot to me.

I dont get lethargic to much from lgd. But dermacrine may have counter acted it. If you got $ buy dermacrine or 4 dhea transdermal to run with lgd.

So in your opinion for my first cycle I should do 6w at 10mgs?
 
In my opinion 5 mg will be wothless. But I would never take less than 8mg. You wouldnt take 50 mg of caffeine in you want energy/fat burning effect, you take 300 or 400 mg. 5 mg lgd would give very little results.

And isnt 6 weeks too short? I've heard that the optimal cycle is 10-12w. But I see your point, and 6w at 10mg makes sense aswell

Bro you should really start your own thread for these answers. This is someone else’s cycle log and to be honest I don’t want to miss the video of a 68kg 19yr old benching 55kg dumbbells and shoulder pressing the 42.5’s for reps.........

Outside of powerlifting gyms. In 10 years i been training i have never EVER seen anyone dumbell press 50kgs.

Im 210 lbs at 5.8 so imagine my size. At 14 15% fat. I can do 50s for reps but cant do 55 for reps so u stronger than me? Allow it man send us ur insta.
If its true bro ur wasting ur time. U gonna be in olympics 2020 winning golds lol.
Ur lifts are going up so quick if u get to 80 or 90 kg they gonna need custom dumbells for u mate lol

Back to the topic for anyone instrested. I have been on lgd 12 weeks so far im going for 14 or so to finish the bottle.
First 2 weeks at 4mg rest at 8.
Combined with stanodrol at 400mg and mk677 at 20 mg.
Last 6 weeks i added halodrol at 75mg.

So far no sides apart from ichy nipples sp im taking nolva and arimidex for it. It started from halodrol somehow...

50kgs is only 110lbs right..... He could totally press these is he is built like a mini fridge lol. I wont say they are easy but I also have a heck of a long ways to press 110s but can mange them rather decently.

No idea where the big three is at man, cant barbell bench at the moment cause my shoulder plays up, havnt deadlifted in a month and havnt tried a max squat. Only deadlifted less than a hand full of times and pulled 180kg pretty easy on my 3rd time doing deads

Week 9 update;
Definitely have more lethargic this week, been stuffed working all day then getting a solid gym workout in but when i do workout the aggression is there straight away. Libido has been there all cycle so not problem with that.
55kg x 6 on the flat db bench start of the week as seen from the video i put up. Worked out in another gym today and tried the 47.5kgs (105lbs) dumbbells on incline and got 7.
 
Week 10 update;
My last week on the lgd and managed to pull one more pr, dumbbell shoulder press 42.5kgs (95lbs) x 8. Going to start my pct this following monday, my plan is to lift just as heavy like i was on cycle and eat just a little bit more than i usually do (100-200 calories extra).
Lifts before lgd cycle -
Dumbbell flat bench - 50kg x 5
Incline dumbbell bench - 45kg x 7
Dumbbell shoulder press - 40kg x 4
Squat - 150kg x 7
Lifts 10 weeks after using lgd -
Dumbbell flat bench - 55kg x 6
Incline dumbbell bench - 47.5kg x 7
Dumbbell shoulder press - 42.5kg x 8
Squat - 165kg x 5
Gained 2 kgs bodyweight and stayed the same bf.
Thanks everyone for some what following this log, it was great fun. I might give one more update after my pct
 
Wasnt planning to make an update till i finish my pct but first week of pct been feeling great, mood is much better and also energy, ( even been staying back at work working overtime 12hrs). Top sets of my work outs are the same but all my 2nd or 3rd sets i have progressed with more reps (1-2reps) and even pr’ed on my incline dumbbell bench 47.5kg x 9 on thursday. Hopefully i can keep it up! Hope everyone is doing well :)
 
End of pct update, lost 1 rep on all main lifts, still kept any size that was gained. 2nd week felt hard cause i lost that lgd pump/ aggression that came with it but once i got used to it my gym sessions became good again.

Is LGD, Ostarine, Rad140 or mk677 liver toxic? I have heard yk11 is.
