One month into BC epi / tren cycle

I am 30 days into a cycle of Body Conscious Epi @ 30mg and their Tren @ 100mg. Running cycle assist at recommended dosage, Inhibit P for prolactin control and fish oil / flexatril for joint support.

-The strength increase has been outstanding (biggest takeaway thus far)!
-Muscles appear to be larger and despite eating like a tank (some days, irresponsibly) I'm staying relatively lean.
-Body weight has increased 10 lbs so far.

A few minor negative side effects
-noticeable drop in libido (while still maintaining the ability to become fully erect),
-slight lethargy
-occasional heartburn (could be diet related)
-Joints are fairly dry, despite supplementing with fish oil and flexatril.

The biggest negative side effect is the cramping. I am consuming *at least* 1-1.5 gallons of water daily, consuming potassium rich foods and am utilizing taurine on workout days. The cramps have been borderline unbearable lately. I get them in my shoulders/lats and neck, randomly. They are bad enough that I'm considering ending the cycle early and jumping into post cycle. Naturally, I'm reluctant to stop here, as the last few weeks are sure to provide the best gains throughout the run. My body, however, is pretty pissed off. Have a few cycles under my belt and never experienced this side effect.

These are my thoughts on the stack, one month in. Wanted to provide some honest and unbiased feedback.

This is why you always run test. I don't think it's wise to jump on a cycle and stop because of cramps. Sure health before anything and in a way it's smarter to stop things that'll hurt your body but at the same time you chose to do this and what a waste it would be to stop because of cramps. My advice is to stretch your body a lot and lift some light weights from time to time to kinda make your muscles get some tension away.

don't stop cycle just supplement high high doses of magnesium and decent doses of potassium , it's magical and better than taurine not alot of ppl recommend that but it's magical u will see

I couldn't agree more. If I had a reputable source, I would have incorporated test.

I made the decision to run these orals, expecting some lethargy, joint pain, etc. I did not, however, expect cramps like this. I can be driving down the road, look left or right before a lane change and the back of my neck will cramp to the point of not being able to keep my head upright. You are right though, I don't want to cut this short. I'm just going to roll with it and I'll make that decision if it gets worse.

I've gotten this too. The thing is that I've ran real tren and while I'm a guy who never gets bad sides it's on another level. Night sweats, tiredness during the days, low blood sugar without knowing what it was. Tren has the ability to make you feel like you don't have to eat cause you're growing anyways and it keeps the body going until you break. I'm not suggesting you to push yourself in to harms way but cramps really are something you kinda have to expect with steroids. The bad thing by going to the gym and get a huge pump as you'll get on certain steroids is that it creates tension. You have to stretch and maybe lift some lighter weights to get the muscles to release this tension.

Makes sense man. Outside of the sometimes debilitating cramping issue, I am enjoying the run/results and the other side effects are extremely manageable. Suppose everyone responds differently to specific compounds. Live and learn! My last run was high dose Halo and my body was extremely happy. Felt amazing throughout.

i'll make it a point to do more stretches through the day.

Oh for sure but to me it's more about dosing than how we respond differently. If I use tren which is obviously much stronger than primo I don't want to run tren as high as the primo, but also not as low so it would have a less effect than primo. Whats the point running something strong to get a mild effect right? Maybe your dosage is too high if you take sides vs gains. Always listen to your own body.

With trenavar, I'm not entirely sure of conversion rate. Minimum recommended dose is 90mg, my caps are 50mg per. So 100mg seems fairly conservative. I'm also sticking with 30mg epi, which seems to be on the lower end for most.

I Agree with the above but I would say up the potassium quite a bit. If you read the label on most potassium bottles it's only 3% so you have to take 20-30 per day. Also drink 100% cranberry juice it relieves cramps like a wonder

That’s impractical as a bottle would last like 3 days lol
11 bananas would be way cheaper even

That is true on the bananas but it's more like 20. I'm just informing how low potassium is, at 3% you will burn through bottles unless you buy 1000 count for $30 instead of 100 count for $5

I didn't need high doses
