Online payment systems(Paypal, Google pay)

Hey all

What other online companies are people using? If I want to send money safely via Credit Card to someone overseas, with low fees?

Paypal isn't an option, otherwise I would use it.

Google wallet works good. Have also seen e check used and have used that. Its kind of a pita

I have used Transferwise on a few occasions although it was bank to bank. Do not know if there is a cc to bank option.

Venmo works great, I'm not sure of international fees though. Do either of you use Cryptocurrency? I would use Litecoin.
