Good diet, slight calorie deficit if you need to loose fat, and heavy weight training. Voila!

I was definitely a fan of compound 20, of course I knew it was USPlabs
I only had a chance to try the latest version of Powerfull, which was a solid product. I remember reading all the reviews of the original version and people were certainly more than impressed. I hope the new one represents the original!
