Reverse Grip Tricep Pulldown: 30x18, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12, RP 40x8, RP 40x8, RP 40x8

Double Bicep Cable Curl: 20x12/ halfsx8, 15x12/halfsx8, 10x12/halfsx8, 10x12/halfsx8
 
No lifting tonight. It was watching my daughter at Karate night. She's getting to good, may be able to keep up with her dad soon

Really hope the Lions can sweep the Vikings. Will make it better for my Saints.

RP, for me are used instead of a training's partner who pushes me beyond failure, like shouting: One more! I keep the max weight and use RP to train into prolonged failure. Your approach surely does something - but its more like drop sets with short pauses.

I will have to try it at max weight. But it feels great doing them. I will be posting pics at the end of PCT. I have definetly dropped all the water weight now.

You are doing great -and they surely do something! IMHO, the real challenge is RP's at your working weight.
 
Good idea. I know with the RP and off cycle DOMS is real. Lol

Besides, I'm not a fan of upping max weights on cycle...got injured a couple of times. The RP sets will proof to be very beneficial. You don't up weights -instead you are pushing failure = less injury.

Got chest tonight, and while doing cable fly's I noticed a ton of vascularity. It was awesome.

Tonight is a rest night. I have for some God awful reason been up since 3am and couldnt go back to sleep, and then left work at 420pm and walked through the door at 10 to 6 and it's a 20 min drive ?

Didnt get it in last night. Daughter went to a friends house and wife took me out for my bday dinner. This morning was breakfast in bed. Getting ready for 1 of 2 Birthday workouts.

No cake, donuts, or ice cream for this guy. Today is 4 egg omlette with sausage for breakfast. Two workouts, college football and some fried perch, and shrimp for dinner. Maybe a beer, and a couple shots of Jim Beam later tonight. Depends if the kid comes home tonight or not. But Thank you for the well wishes

Honestly I havent done cake and icream or donuts in years. Every once in a blue moon I'll have a single scoop of ice cream, or when we go to the Chinese Buffet. They have the best cheese cake, and that is my weaknest really.
