Aromasin cause hair loss>

Ive used Arimidex as an AI for cycles but wanting to try aromasin this time around. I read that its primary metabolite, 17-hydroexemestane, acts as a strong androgen, binding to androgen receptors with affinity almost 30 times greater than DHT. MPB doesn't run in my family, but high amounts of DHT can still cause thinning. Id prefer to avoid hairless all together.

anyone have shedding or hairloss on aromasin?

It all depends on how I needed it at the time, I'm not very estrogen sensitive and I've used it at 12.5 2x a week, 12.5 eod and 25 randomly when I thought I was getting puffy. Either way I've never had to use it for more than 6 weeks and I've never had any hair issue. Hope that helps
 
Idk about exemestane binding to the androgen receptors, but it seems like hair loss from exemestane is more common in women. Maybe it could potentially cause hair loss in men due to lowering shbg which would result in higher free test, resulting in a higher conversion rate of dht? Idk man, this stuff is complex; maybe somebody else will have the right answer.

I’ve taken it anywhere from 12.5mg ed before as well as 12.5mg eod; I think I ran it for about 6 weeks the first time around and 3 weeks the second time. I think I might’ve ran 12.5mg ed for a few weeks the first time and then reduced it. Never noticed any issues with my hair personally. Maybe keep some anti-dht shampoo on hand if you think you’re prone; but I honestly think that anabolics and genetics will be the primary culprit to any hair loss.
