Was just getting back at it and feeling confident enough to post something and now I have an infection in my arm so the only thing you guys would be looking at is a big old ballooned arm. I wish I could say it was for masturbation but unfortunately it's not. Congrats to all you guys and gals that have been kicking ass! Keep it up!

Polynesian - ish. First tattoo I ever got. Just went to a guy here in town and told him kind of what I wanted. Doesn't mean shyt, just something I wanted. It garries over my shoulder and there's a stingray on my back.

Long story, but basically back when I was a fat bast*rd and went to the gym I saw these huge jacked guys with massive tattoos. Told myself that if I ever got big I was getting one. Last year I decided that I was never gonna be "big enough", so said the h3ll with it and just got it.

I would say its definetly in the right direction, and you say at your advanced age....But look at HGP, he is building great and he was Moses' point man when he lead the Jews out of Egypt. Lol.

And I was in school when HGP was born, so where's that put me? Older than dirt.....well, same age as dirt. Studhorse is actually older than me, so he's older than dirt.

This is where I started. 176lbs at ~18% body fat

This is where I am at after a month into my cut. Proud of the progress I made since this is my first cut. I can finally see some abs coming in, some vascularity and best part is my chest. Had a lot of fat on my side and lower chest. Lot of learning from very knowledgeable guys here.

I’d like to say I scared them away with my nudes. But, I workout around 3:00PM when everyone is at work. I have the weights and the gym to myself. Workout in ✌️

I enjoyed Humapro a lot at the one scoop pre-workout/one scoop post-workout dosage. Rocket Pop tastes amazing, but I've also seen people championing the Apple Cider flavor. I'll try that one next.
