I’d just get bloodwork after about 5 weeks or so on the test to see where your estrogen is at without an ai. I’d maybe start at 12.5mg monday and thursday. Everyone is different, so it’s hard to say.

Not sure. Most people on trt or people that cruise seem to use an ai only once or twice a week.
