WHITE FLOOD FLASH BACK LOG

Update: Tue. 5:30PM workout 1.5 scoops @ 5:00 with about 16oz of ice water.
OG White Flood took about 20min. to kick in as usual.

Heavy day. Shoulders,Back, Abs, Calves, Bi's and Trapz.
Workout 1.25hrs.

Gym was packed and had to change a few of my lifts. I hate this. pump was ok. nothing to write home about.
The energy is still that great smooth energy and focus that I love! ( Great Job Controlled Labs) I don't know how old this formula is but don't change it.
I'm getting past the GABA making me winded for the first 15 min. The pluses of the GABA out weight this temporary shortness of breath. maybe I should try just one scoop.

Light day. Legs, Chest, Abs, Calves, Tri's. Skipped cardio.
Workout 1.15hrs.

Gym was pretty light! I still felt good through my whole workout even though I took it 1.5 hrs before I got to the gym.
Pump in my legs were painful. my chest blew up! and I got a cramp in my left calf on my 8th set! (Let say the blood was flowing) maybe I should take this an hr. before I work out. I will try this before today workout.

Set a PR on my Incline DB Hex presses. 140lb (70lb ea.) for 22 reps!

22 reps ? Damn! Will try today to see if I can get over 15.
 
Update: Friday & Saturday!
Friday: Great workout. Gym Empty. OG White Flood was kicking it nice. Took 1.5 scoops 1hr. before workout. (I thinking I like the 1hr. before) still have the energy and focus the The OG White Flood offers but knocks down the time to about 10 min. of where I feel winded.

Sat AM
Took it fasted about 30 min before gym. Workout was surprisingly good. really not enough rest between workouts but have family stuff on Sunday and Monday.

Was tired when I walked into the gym Sat AM. After I got the FLOOD running through my veins I started to really get into my workout. a little more lifting noise that normal (If you know what I mean) my gym is not a grunt free zone! but the gym was almost empty and the guys that were there are the regulars and we have a tendency to scream a little more than normal and Crank the Heavy Metal!
 
Update Tue. 10-17
Nothing new to report. Just loving this stuff. I have found that if I take it 1hr. before the gym I don't get as winded at the start of my workout.
still dosing 1.5 scoops. still that nice smooth energy and focus. pump was so-so. but it was a heavy day.
 
Update Wed. 10-18
Dosed 1.5 scoops 1 hr. pre workout. Workout was great!!! Starting to get hooked on the OG White Flood. I really like the smooth energy and it last all the way through my 1.5 hr. workout. and still had energy to do my home stuff. (energy last for a GOOD 4-5 hrs.) today I could have done a bonus 30 min. but the wifey had a stuffy nose and she cut her cardio short and wanted to leave. I made her wait for about 20 min so I could finish.

Heavy day: Shoulders, Ab's, Back, Bi's, Calves, Trapz.(started hitting 2 extra sets for my left shoulder, left Bi, left Tri. Noticed in my last noodz that the torn labrum in my left shoulder has really left my left side under developed. I plan on doing this until it keeps me from looking lopsided.

Update Thur. 10-19
Dosed 1.5 scoops 1 hr. pre workout.
I have to admit I'm worn out. third workout in my split in a row. Legs started out strong. Took a stab at some squats! haven't tried these since I jacked up my back 10 years ago. They felt good. did 3 sets with just the bar to get my balance and try to limber up. did 3 more sets with 135lb. really working on form and and going deep. Noticed a little soreness in the lower back this morning but I think this is more from the stretch. Think I'm going to add these back to my leg work. Didn't realize how much I miss squats until I felt that leg pump!

The OG White Flood is still working the same. Don't think I have built up much of a tolerance. Kind of weird. usually up to a double dose or more by now. Still have that clean energy. Even hit the bike for 20 min and some nice long wife cardio!

Another Workout this evening then 2 days off. (got family stuff and some Sooner football on Sat. and the daughters is having her 16th birthday Sunday. She is having like 20 friends over and about 10 girl friends staying the night. (They are off on Fall break hear) The boys have to leave! should be fun! NOT!!!! Damn I'm getting old! my little oops is 16!

Update Sat.10-21 & Sunday 10-22 1.5 scoops of OG White Flood, Fasted. Surprisingly the pump was awesome. Smooth energy is still there.
Snuck in a quick bonus workout Sat Am. Just hit legs. 6 sets of squats. Getting excited that I might be able to do squats again. the knees feel good the lower back was a little sore again from the stretch. I Like to squat under control and deep.

Had to change a headlight or mommy's SUV when I got home, had a good lunch and Got to watch my Sooners try to lose again.

Yesterday about 6pm I was dragging and had to manage my daughters 16th B-day! with a lot of her friends. Did a scoop to keep me going and I really liked it. still that smooth energy and didn't give the boys a hard time.Funny thing most of the guys at the party wanted to talk about working out and all the supplements in my stash! then my daughter commensed to kicking all there arses in a Push up contest! Proud Dad here!!!!

Starting to run low. the energy is still the same from the first dose. this is unusual for me. I usually have to up the dose a little every week.

I have been putting ice in mine since I saw you using it and wow does it make it taste better. Game changer.

the Ice does make a big difference. some guys were complaining about the taste. I almost always used Ice. I like to sip on it for about 15min. If I chug pre's they upset my stomach sometimes.
 
Update Monday 22nd. I at the point where there isn't much new to report!
Went to the Gym. Workout lasted an Hour. Kind of had my mind on why my wife's car, she called me at work and told me her SUV wouldnt start. Told her I would look at it after we got back from the gym. I jacked with it last night for about an hour and unfortunately I think its the starter.
Still had some smooth energy going on when I was done messing with her car. and I wasn't so wound up that I bitched and cussed the whole time I was testing stuff like usual! lol
Now I have to pay for a tow truck to get it to my buddies man's world that has a lift in it and every tool known to mankind!. too spoiled to fix it in the driveway.
 
Awesome! I’ll be wrapping mine up this week as well. Best part about this pre is all the benefits (some pump, smooth energy) are sustained with continue use, without any tolerance build up.
