I have liver issues and read that TMG is beneficial. Due to my health and age my testosterone is extremely low. Can I take TMG or will it lower my testosterone even more? Thanks

I have not heard anything suggesting that TMG will reduce testosterone levels. In fact, several studies have shown it has some ergogenic effects.

one of the best bang for your buck staples that you can take, imo.

What issues-if I may ask-that UDCA/TUDCA can't help?

I have a non-alcoholic fatty liver. My hormones are all out of balance. I am sure my liver has something to do with this issue. Do you think UDCA/TUDCA can benefit a fatty liver? Thank you.

...but for NAFLD maybe diet and exercise are more important than supplements...
