Alpha Stano TD effective dosage? ?

Hey guys I got a bottle of Alpha Stano and Alpha Stano TD. Was wondering how much TD equals to oral? Or how should I dose the TD if it’s more bioavailable?

No will be using along side OL’s SUP3R-1 and SUP3R-4. Should I take it with oral Alpha Stano? Or just the TD and transition into the orals?
