Deca injection swelling

I injected 1 ml of 300mg per ml of deca on my left shoulder and now theres a big lump on my lateral head of the tricep, it is swollen and red. Why did this happen? I always inject with no problem should i go to the doctor if it doesnt get better in 3 days?

Pain and swelling will travel downhill from the injection spot on a bad pin. I’ve done it to myself a few times.

Keep and eye on it. Could be infected. Start loading up on garlic extract if you already have some lying around (you should if you don't). Maybe 3-4g per day. It is anti-bacterial and will help mitigate the severity of the infection if it is indeed an infection.

Hate bad pins. I feel sick for almost two days, sick like a flu or smthg.

Ill admit when i was injecting i looked away for a second and when i looked back i noticed the needle wasnt all the way in, some of the deca probably went to the subcutaneous layer which is probably why theres swelling

No telling bro, only thing to do is see how it pins next time and reevaluate again.

I just got a new lump today right under my elbow, it just looks like a giggly ball of fat, there is no pain or redness though
