Looking at your pic, you may run into shoulder problems. When standing, your thumbs should face front -and palms face legs.

It happens when you are using mainly overhand -or neutral grips doing rowing exercises.
This changes your posture to "rounded shoulders" -turning your palm backwards.

Easy fix:
Exercises with underhand grip, especially bent over rows and seated rows, giving attention to shoulder movement (perfect form).

You got overall a bit thicker -but honestly, I had expected more from this cycle.

Test-E 250 @ 500 f/16 Weeks, ABombs 50mg @ ED/Wk 1-4, Anavar 50mg @ ED/Wk 11-16, Adex .5mg

Maybe you respond to other compounds better?
Could be that the Anavar was bunk?
Is it age related?

Is it just me having expected more? What do you think?
My response to most gear is unusual, feeling like sh1t on cycle , workouts suffer and I even may get weaker.
Nowadays I keep Test low (200-300mg/w) and go with only one oral, T-bol being my favorite at 60-80mg/d x6-8 weeks.

Next cycle will be:
Test 200mg/w, LGD 15-20mg/d,GW Cardarine 20-30mg/day x 10 weeks

I was expecting more too, and I dont think the anavar was bunk but definetly think it may have been on the weak side. Definetly gonna get it from a different source next time. Glad I got more than 1. Lol

Good old winstrol comes to mind, for hardening up. Never heard it was fake -or underdosed. Personally, I did not respond to winstrol at all, weird.

The one that I got the Anavar from their injectables are good, but their Orals seem a little off. My other one little bit more, but everything has been good through them, so I think next run gonna get my orals through them and just pay the extra. Was really trying hard to hit 205 this run. But with 2 weeks left and 4 weeks to PCT dont think I'm gonna make it.

(Or did the gain in your ass and quads keep the same pant size just making the waist float on you while looking like skinny jeans on the ass and quads, lol. Or maybe that's just what happens to me)

Yep, shoulders are more defined -overall a bit thicker. I would have expected more definition from the Anavar, he has 2 weeks left, maybe something is gonna happen.

Still wearing the same size pants but could probably go smaller. Maybe after I cut again, I'll go down. Dont want to try going down to early. Definetly got the skinny jeans ass and quads thing going to.

Pictures never really do justice. I'm sure you look much bigger to people in the gym. I personally don't think anavar will make a huge difference at such a huge weight gain and the huge weight gain probably resulted in a bit bloating that'll fade after the cycle is over. To be honest I expect you to drop a few pounds and lean out when your on pct (in a good way)

Shoulder still a little sore, so I did some light chest work today. Not really in pain anymore, just tightness and soreness now.

So today was an off day. The wife wanted to go for a walk so we went go do a 30 min walk around the pond with the dog. The dog really needs to lose weight, but don't tell him that. I just tell him he's a big boned chiuaua.
