Ostarine powder scoop dosage?

With no scooper
Im seeing on google
That a 1/8 teaspoon is 10mg
Does that sound right?

Hmm. That sounds like it would be more than 10mg. But regardless it would depend on how you packed the scoop. I do agree that it’s smart to invest in a descent digital scale that can read out with accuracy at least to the nearest milligram.

This is the scale that I have. I can’t remember where I got it. But it deff does the job. There is a tiny metal tray where you weigh powders. If you want to dose consistent you can just use the same size scoop and not care about the weight. But if you want to dose the correct amount (10 mg instead of 14 mg for ex) then you’d wanna drop the scoop on the scale to see. I would usually just scoop and take the little metal tray and pop the powder in my mouth and wash down with water. Just make sure the metal scale is dry before you leave so it doesn’t rust.
