Oral PCT and Calories

Hello, currently pct after doing 7 weeks on tbol solo.

So far all good but was wondering if anyone had thoughts about perhaps increasing calories to minimise any weight loss?

Currently on 3000kcals per day (200g protein, 325g carb, 100g fats)

I put on 6kg whilst on tbol without touching my calories. If I've left out any necessary information let me know
 
What is your PCT protocol? How did the 7 week cycle treat you?

I wouldn't adjust calories too much, if any at all. What is your maintenance calorie intake? I would eat slightly above maintenance until you finish your PCT, but you shouldn't need to increase calories. It's possible that you'll lose a pound or two during PCT, but don't eat excessively to keep the scale from moving. I would keep your intake consistent
 
I'd either stay at your current calories or just slightly adjust them. I wouldn't overeat during pct since your hormones will be in the recovery process.

7 weeks was good, I felt strong, pumped and vasulcar. Still got muscle soreness but hardly any. Strength shot up nicely. So very keen to not lose any of that if possible. Maintenance for me is about 2800. I'm on 3000.

Sounds good and you're the second person to say this so seems like the way forward. Much appreciated bro
