Jeeeeez did they jack up their prices.... They used to be high but with coupons/sales became reasonable.... No friggin way I'll ever pay that much for protein. I dont care if its sex in my mouth flavored. Might as well just eat my money at that point

the other issue i have is 400mg of caffeine, this limits its flexibility dramatically.

I mean it makes it more viable at one scoop, but given everything else so underdosed at 1 scoop it really wouldn't be worth while.

Yeah, 1 scoop is light on ingredients and 2 scoops has 400mg caffeine. I was exited at first but pass.
 
The L-Carnatine L-Tartate is welcome, but I believe most studies are done on 2g servings, and that's what DANES said is where it's really at ;) Can attest, the IGF increase put me to sleep.

2g is ideal, but I do recall reading at least one study showing that 1g was still effective. I don't remember offhand if it was as effective as 2g, but it did do something (i.e. isn't really "underdosed" to the point of being ineffective).

IMPRESSED with both MP & Allmax coming out with "real" dosed pre's....took awhile but supp. companies finally figured out the consumer is getter smarter day by day...and that the consumer will pay extra for correctly dosed formulas.

Wouldn't surprise me, and it's not expensive as far as I know.

I mean -epi is cheap, but companies will always put a spin on we've upped the dosage, or our absorbion package is expensive blah blah blah.

I've noticed alot of new companies recently too, and some decent formulas which makes for good competition!

I doubt CS will license it for single ingredient bulk sale for a while.

That tends to undermine premium price support of branded ingredients in multi-ingredient formulations.

Suppliers and their 'launch manufacturers' so to speak have to be given time to get some return in exchange for their willingness to jump in on a new ingredient if that ingredient is effective.

Sure, paying a premium isn't fun, but that's the cost of innovation, and quality innovation is something people should support.

im willing to pay but would love to see it bulk as well so i could mess around with the dosage and not be limited by other things within the blend

You can actually probably find something relatively close to Vaso-6 in existing green tea and grape seed extracts out there if you want to tinker around with it.

It's no secret what they're standardizing for in either extract.

The upside from CS is *reliable* standardization and availability, and having the ingredient in a high quality powder/flavored product ready form.

Hoping this one has better texture than the other protein discs they are calling cookies they released. Chocolate Chip and Lemon Iced are the only ones that are worth trying or buying. Other than that, these come off as dense and not true cookies to me.

i dont know... those lemon fitjoy bars are pretty damn close to a real lemon square ha. there're a few bars out there that give candy a run for its money (certainly not most tho).

Completely agree on all accounts.

Though I got a sample of an upcoming protein treat from a company about to launch in the States that may just rival a true candy bar.

Honeslty, I find it somewhat laughable that Marc Lobliner says, regarding the formula:

Yes, because 50mg Alpha-GPC (100mg of 50% A-GPC is only 50mg A-GPC, and even 100mg is still not "full dosing") is definitely the most effective, period.

The same goes for the 25mg PS (again, 50mg of 50% PS is only 25mg PS, and even 50mg PS isn't really "full dosing," forget 25mg.

Man, their R&D team on the flavors are on it. They are out to crush competition and dominate the flavors. I am so excited as the old bang lineup had me bored. Pear, peach mango, and cotton candy were my go-to's for sure. But the more the merrier at this point. Im excited.
 
I've been slacking lately on my research.. can someone explain what vaso6 is? I understand what it does but it sounds a lot like "super epicatechins". Is it epi?
