Hey all,

Was just recently cleared to start lifting again after have a labrum repair on my shoulder. I didn't see too many logs about this product so I figured I would help inform the community of at least my experience. I will post on this thread every monday with updates. If anyone has my questions feel free to ask. I am looking to build back some muscle and get rid of some of my body fat. Went into surgery at 230lbs and right before I took the first pill I was 225. Ideally I would be down to 195 by the end of the 8 weeks.

I will be taking 20mg in the morning and 20mg again about 12hrs later for the entire duration. The only other supplements apart of this will be PES protein, orange triad.
 
Is this trenavar as in trendione, if it is PH it would be better in the anabolics section not supplement section, also 90mg per day is usually the min to run for effects and for 6-8 weeks due to its slow kick in time.
 
Yes it is trendione. I'm already on day 6 and I started to feel a different around day 3. I will be posting an update every Monday with weigh in photo, spreadsheet of diet and layout of workoout routine so people can get as much detail as possible. I understand the minimal dosage for proper gains, I am simply running an experiment to test what the "minimal dose can be, because it's my hypothesis that it can be lower than 90.
I'll be lifting 3 days a week, doing yoga 1 day a week, BJJ 2 days a week, and running between all of that(distance and HIIT). So hopefully people can get some good information on this supplements effects performance in those different areas.
 
This is not a "supplement" it's an anabolic. You're in the wrong forum.

Also, what's your age, cycle history? What's your pct look like? What are you taking for prolactin?

I was on TRT from age 22 to 24(had t levels of 192, Dr. Believes it was caused from a head injury sustained awhile ago) Was taking 1cc every 7 days for that. Ended up getting married and wanting to have kids so I went through the entire clomid protocol for about 8 months. We ended up having to do IVF for other reasons, we ended up miscarrying 3 times. My FINALLY had a baby make it past 6 weeks and we are 19 weeks currently with a girl !!

So, as for PCT I have left over Clomid that I will be running. During the cycle to battle the prolactin issues I have 1500mg of MACA that I will be taking daily, along with ZMA every night before bed. If that combined with proper diet and rest don't keep it under control I have SNS inhibit P for backup

Hey man congratulations on the baby girl. Sorry to hear it took this long with some bumps in the road. I bet you're one happy man at this point.

As for prolactin control, you're going to want something that's actually worth a **** like caber or the like.

And this thread needs to be moved to the anabolic section under cycle logs.

A strong backup ancillary is always a wise move but the risk of Prolactin sides at 40 mg daily is minimal. I think Inhibit P is plenty at this point.

Prolactrone by black lion research is effective in controlling prolactin, i feel inhibit-p did not work as well.
 
Week 1


Sleep- slept really well all week. I usually sleep from 10pm to 5am everyday, slept in until 630 on Sunday. Other than that, normal sleep patterns. No night sweats or restlessness.

Energy- Felt well all week. Changing my diet this week helped alot and I'm not a caffeine guy so i haven't been experiencing any sort of mid-day crash which is what I need for the work I do. Typically starting Monday at 5am and than working until either 4pm or 7pm, it just depends on the day.

Strength/Injury Recovery- My gauge for strength will be the two power movements I will be doing trap-bar deadlift and back squat. Felt strong in both movements this Week, did my normal weight/reps but felt like I left a little on the table, which is what I'm shooting for this time around. Don't want 2 push 2 hard 2 early and injury myself again. As for my shoulder, strength is coming back, went from db pressing 10lbs to 3tlb before I felt a little pain so that's progress.

Cardio- so this is very hard to gauge because I haven't been doing anything besides walking on a treadmill until I recently got cleared by my Dr. I went to BJJ class twice this week but only drilling no rolling as my shoulder is not ready. Even doing just the drilling I was out of breath. I even noticed doing my 10min incline walking before lifting I am starting to sweat much quicker than normal. Even the little 2mile run I did, i started to sweat much quicker. Not sure if this is effectin my heart rate or not. I will be taking it throughout the week when I get up in the morning and than again in the evening to see if those numbers are effected. It was 68bpm this morning.( I am very out of shape right now so I just could be fat and this has nothing to do with the tren lol)

Emotional- noticed epically the last few days I seem to be a little more irritable, which is very unlike me. Although we are getting ready for our baby girl to get her among some other things so I will keep an eye on this moving forward.


So I am logging everything into myfitnesspal. These are the weekly average and a good look at what my macros are for the week. As you can see I am trying to intake mainly protein and healthy fats. The majority of carb intake is dietary fiber with very little a actually coming from simple sugars.

Went from 225lbs to 215lbs, which I expected the first two weeks to drop some poundage just from drastically switching the diet. Majority of this weight loss I would say is water and just me not eating as many large heavy meals.

If you guys want more detailed diet info let me know.

In!! Just 2 days left of my 6 week megatren cycle I'll be interested to see how the trenavar works for fat loss as I was bulking.
 
What dosage ya running it at btw? Can see a big improvement already you're gonna love the vascularity you get with this stuff.
 
A few things I noticed in my second week.

I 100% start sweating almost as soon as I start doing any sort of activity. I kept track of my heart rate this week and it sits between 55 and 60 resting for the most part. Along with the sweats I am getting really insane pumps in the gym! Outside of those I am not really experiencing anything else for the week.

My intakes were a little higher this week because my weightlifting days fell on my bjj days so I was lifting at 5am and than doing bjj @ 7pm the same day. The caliores will come back down during week 3 since I can spilt my workouts properly.
