First Bloodwork

Hey guys,

I didn't know where else to post this, so I thought the anabolic section would have more people experienced with blood work.

Last week I saw an old post on how to get the female hormone testing (total test/estra, cmp, cbc) for cheap and thought it would be cool to see where I am. So, I bought the test and set it up with a local Labcorp for tomorrow morning at 11:30, right down the street from my work.

I know I need to fast but does that mean no coffee or (preferably, since I'm sure I'll wake up hungry) some OL Bloodshr3d war in the morning too? Also, I take ksm-66 in the morning and again in the evening, should I wait until after my bloods to take my first dose?

I am:
5'10"
24 year old
150ish pounds
male

that works in construction, however I do the office work (errands include pre-sites for bids and pulling permits - mostly sedentary work). I got injured (minor, work related) in April and took a few months off lifting but I am back at it again and would like to see where I stack up. I'll post them here to see if anyone else notices anything since I'm not totally sure what I'll be looking for, but I am curious how my liver is holding up (I've been looking into mild doses of tudca and NAC just to be safe but not sure if tudca is overkill as I've never done any PH, aas, or peptide). I had used MAN Nolvadren XT about 9 months ago (on sale :D) and liked it, but got a lump when using USP Ultimate T so I stopped that and picked up some standalone ksm. Since then, it's just been KSM and rhodiola for possible test boosting/cortisol control, but I just ran out of rhodiola (any suggestions on good brands would be cool too, only tried NOW so far).

I'd wait to take any of your supplements until after the blood draw. Water is fine from what I remember.

Be sure you have blood drawn fasted and very early in the morning. This is when testosterone is highest. Water only.

Thanks. I'm happy with the numbers I have, but I am really curious about free test. Which of these are for liver/kidney values?
ALT/AST/GGT/bilirubin=liver
GFR/CrCl/BUN/albumin/Creatinine serum=kidney

Free testosterone is a separate test. It can also be calculated based on SHBG, but you didn't have that test run either.
