1st Epistane & M-drol Cycle

Last week starting next Tuesday! Starting to get my PCT sorted got few questions!

I've got Nolva 20/20/10/10

but when do I start this? Literally the day after I finish my cycle?

I'm going to be taking multivitamins, BCAA's, creatine and continue the milk thistle and fish oils for the 4 weeks

Is a test booster needed or not and when would I know if I need to take my AI (armosin)
 
Yes start the day after you end the cycle. You can use a test booster if you want it may help libido during PCT, after epi my sex drive disappeared for a couple weeks. Weirdest feeling I've ever had, actually started treating women like human beings instead of objects. Didn't like it at all. You'll know you need to use your AI if your nipples get itchy/puffy. You shouldn't need it I didn't. keep it on hand tho I've heard of rebound gyno from epi months later but I'm sure that's just internet bull****. Better safe than sorry tho.
 
Back to Smiler, on the cialis vs viagara

Watch out for the Viagara smurf vision. I rarely get side effects from meds... but with Viagra of all things I got blue vision! For several hours and not the rolling off your face good kind. A few drinks and some trippy blue action ensured.

Pretty sure thats why the girls they show are always wearing blue dresses, the pill is blue, etc. marketing subliminal.
 
Cialis gives me a horrendous headache every time. Viagra just makes my face slightly red and congested. Never got vision sides from them though. Sometimes would just take Advil with cialis cause it has a nicer half life lol

What dose did you use? 100 is too much for most people. If that was the dose you were taking try 50...but 25 is usually what I use. Minimizes side effects and still works... assuming you aren't an 80 year old man with PAD and CHF lol.. cause then you might need 100

I'm not sure to be honest mate just took one full pill I'll check the mg later
 
Obviously it's my first PCT cycle what can I expect to feel like will I be run down or feeling normal, any bad side effects or feeling unwell? Or should all be well?

Likely it’s 100 as that is the usual dose of a full pill. If it is 100, cut it into quarters and use those. Should make the headache go away...plus makes the expensive med last 4x as long
 
Liquid suspension Tadalafil (genetic cialis) from purerawz is useful that way, easy to control dose. I never get headaches from cialis, did not know that was a side. I added that to an LGD 4033 cycle i am now on. nice.

Vision changes, congestion, headaches are the main side effects. Some people get them all. Some get none. Some get some at higher doses only. Yadayadayada lol

Do you guys take viagra and cialis throughout PCT or only when you want to make love ?

Na you'll be fine mate it was only a 6 week cycle of epi

Agreed. But either way live and learn! That’s the beauty of experience. For example if you don’t respond well to nolva for some reason maybe do torem next time or add clomid etc.

Only thing happened to me was my libido was in the gutter as I said but apart from that I felt fine. Seen some people saying it's a side effect of nolvadex, dunno if it was that to blame but it came right back as soon as I finished PCT.

I can tell you with 99% certainty that it was the nolva. Kills my libido whether I use in on cycle or in pct. that’s why I switched to torem. Libido doesn’t drop on it and I recover slightly better than nolva IMO
 
And prob no point in having the viagra, personally I wouldn't have took it. In fact if my girlfriend was pestering me for sex at the time I'd prob just told her to **** off cos I didn't need her any more. When you've literally no interest in having sex at all you won't see the point in popping a pill to do something you've no interest in doing in the first place.

Yes I have a lot of experience with that because I was on Zoloft for quite a while. Makes you feel asexual and uninterested in the thought or actions.

Makes sense, I suspected it was the nolva so cut my pct a week short in the end just went 20/20/10. Soon as I stopped it came back but prob took a couple months to get back to 100%.
 
I just finished my first PCT after my first epistane cycle, 6 weeks. Libido was shot. Still functioned but no desire. I felt pretty good. I took it easy wk1 but resumed normal lifting week 2. One time during wk3 took me a while too get wood but I eventually got there with a lot of playing from wife

Also balls stayed small till end of week 3 then came back almost all at once it seemed. I did 6 weeks of epi. Went from 175 to 193. I finished my pct 3 weeks ago today. My strength had stayed and even progressed a little and I weigh 190 today, so minimal weight loss. Pct was clomid and sup3r pct

Good question. Both, if you tolerate Tadalafil well, the vasodilation makes the heart pump a lil easier, so cardiotonic to some degree. Just make sure you check BP if you use it to enhance the gym pump. Also, can be used before a fun night with your lady.
 
End results? I always loved epi, looking into running that or halo with something fun to kick it off (thinking Mdrol 10mg a day)... Nothing crazy

To be honest came off this cycle felt run down and ****ty had a lump on my lip that appeared luckily was only a cyst that needed an operation. Then have had a feeling that there's a lump in my throats for months directly from this cycle. This is my first and last time experimenting with pro hormones just going to stay natural even though I seen amazing gains..

Lumps? Odd. Are you sure they aren’t just fatty lipomas completely unrelated to PH use?

I kept getting sick after my epi run as well mate it definitely ****s with your immune system. Got lots of infections that I struggled to get rid of for months just make sure you're eating lots of fruit and veg and all that.
 
Hmm, next time I research Epi and Trest oral I'll keep an eye out for sides as I've not had quite yallz experience - but have only experimented low dose epi to compliment my dragons primary PH like DMZ.

After one long cycle his TSH was also off in bloodwork, so if it messes with thyroid levels infections could happen more readily for some?
