Cardarine pills (20mg)

I have just begun taking cardarine (20mg) pills. I'm clean eating and training twice a day(cardio in morning , weights in the evening)!
Does any one know how it works, what does it do exactly. How long does it take before u start seeing results?
I'm concerned about these pills affecting my feminine look. Especially facial features. I use to be on steroids previously for an injury and it did affect my womanly features, has anyone had this issue?

Wow!! You've just started taking a compound that youve no idea about?
Why do people on this forum do this, for goodness sake research the bloody thing before you buy it, then to make matters worse you come on here and ask people to spoon feed you information because you're too lazy to do it yourself ?

I looked like Natalie Portman before my cardarine log... now I'm bald with a beard. :(

I think you're fine OP. But as others have said, you should really do a bit of research before you start taking something.

You should feel effects during your first cardio session really.

I also have no idea what Cardarine is... although, I did not purchase any or supplement it.

So, what is it? lol.

EDIT: I looked it up, interesting for sure..

I did research, i was simply wanting info from someone who has taken them.

Any research you do should quickly reveal that there shouldn't be androgenic side effects.

Anyway, it's a PPAR agonist that will increase fatty acid oxidation and stimulate glucose uptake in skeletal muscle. I'd expect to see an increase in endurance and some fat loss benefits. I probably would have started at less than 20mg per day though...probably start around 10mg and gradually work your way to 20mg.

Please continue to read up on this compound (and any compounds you use before beginning to use them) to make sure you understand what they do, as well as any potential risks.

Cardarine, or GW 501516 is absolutely not a fat burner, and will increase one's test subject's endurance. That is all. It's why WADA put it on the ban list for certain. It had little to do with the cancer scare IMHO, but it could be that inclusive misinformation they used to scare athletes into not taking it.

If your test subject is an athlete in competition, they should be made aware it's on the ban list, and if it's intended use is for fat loss, it doesn't work like that, except on paper, and in rats.

Agree with you, I've know people that have taken it, and haven't experienced any fat loss on a regular maintance diet. It will increase your cardio, so it will "PROMOTE" fat loss. As people said before on paper can burn fat, in really life it will make you work to burn fat.

Same with the claim to be the better cardarine, SR90009, good for endurance, doesn't really impact fat loss, plus there's some studies showing that orabillity of SR is not supported yet, but this compounds have a lot of potential.

Here's the only thing it's been shown to do - once - in mice - at an HED of 0.40mg/kg

As far as WADA "scaring" athletes - only they know if that's what they tried to do. GSK on the other hand showed that an HED of 0.48mg/kg, taken for 24 months, gave all/most of the female rats, some form of cancer.

Anything else is just speculation and "Bro-necdote".

OP: Type Carderine or GW501516 in the search box - there are literally 30 threads or more on this stuff

Cardarine is not a steroid or hormonal compound in any way, and as a result will not have any effect whatsoever on your "womanly features"

That's about 45mg per day for a 200 pound man, for 2 years.
Better never take Nolva for that long anyone.

My point is, if I were WADA, I would capitalize on a study that pushed this compound to it's extreme, and anyone including GSX is not going to invest in something that cannot pass this stress test. I don't think at doses it's taken with at lengths of time normally would effect anyone like the rats. Kind of like other compounds that are only taken for 6-16 weeks maximum. There are always some kind of risks involved, but minimized by precautions and planning.

Cardarine works wonders for me on a maintenance diet. Obviously, cardio and working out help with fat loss. Where it shines is the glucose uptake
