Blood work interpretation

Ok guys I just got my blood work back from PML. It is as follows
I'm 22 180lbs ~16bf 5"7.5

Serum Test- 397. Ref. 264-916
Serum Estradiol -23.7 Ref 7.6-42.6
FSH-1.7. Ref 1.5-12.4
LH- 2.3 Ref 1.7- 8.6

I have been having some symptoms of lower libido(especially for a newly wed), lethargy, delayed ejaculation(the wife doesn't mind this one lol)and I have gyno from a previous bad cycle of PH. Was hoping to maybe try for TRT to get it boosted in the upper range but I don't think my number will qualify me(unless it's based on LH and FSH with a hint of lower Test lol). The only thing I have on hand right now is Nolva and some CEL Reaper DNA(DMZ/epiandro) . Looking for opinions, thanks guys

your levels are definitely low for someone 22.
And FSH and LH are definitely on low side.

Yeah man that's what I was thinking. The low LH and Fsh has me concerned. Think I'm a possible candidate for TRT through entourage or something?

God ..like over a year ago?

Damn. Yea I'm in a similar boat as you. Similar age, also have pretty low levels. My total was 439, lh and fsh were fine but I still feel ****ty. Have you looked into any hrt clinics? They are probably your best bet if you want trt.

TRT/HRT should be a last resort in my opinion, especially for someone who is 22 years of age. Have you looked at diet/training/life-style changes that may naturally elevate your TT numbers?

I'd suggest making an appointment with your GP, bring in your bloodwork and explain to him why you got it done (how you're feeling). I'd also do some research and bring in some information on a "restart protocol" (Rx medication is always going to be better than RC/UGL). Ask him to run a full hormone panel to test your hormones and overall health, vitamin and mineral levels, etc. There may be a deficiency that needs to be addressed. If you can't get anywhere with a GP, or you feel they are not well-informed on endocrine health, ask to be referred to an endocrinologist. If you get nowhere with an endo, and if it were me, I'd then look into self-administering a low-dose Clomiphene citrate "restart protocol" and then testing my levels afterwards and then again 2-3 months later.

TRT will always be a last resort as far as I'm concerned. Opinions will certainly differ on the matter, and the age of the 'patient' is a big factor as well. If all measures prior to TRT fail, of course, TRT makes sense at that point in time, for health and happiness. Ask yourself this though - are you willing to inject Testosterone for the next 40-60 years? Do you want to have to keep needles around the house for the rest of your life? Are you willing to self-administer TRT (without a prescription) if your doctors do not agree to it? Do you want kids in the future? If you do, weekly HCG injections are recommended going forward to maintain testicular function. If, in order to feel "right", you need to keep your TT in a range that causes elevated estrogen and thus estrogen-related issues, are you willing to take and AI going forward? Do you take a lot of vacations, will you? Do you travel for work, will you? You'll likely have to take you vial and prescription with you when you travel, depending on the length of the trip. Just some things to consider going forward.....

Don't make any decisions without being fully informed on all of the aspects of whatever measure or protocol you undertake. Knowledge is power.

Best of luck.

Agree with this ^^^. Research HPTA restart and Clomid therapy. TRT is for life once you start. Try the restart first as it appears you never fully recovered from PH cycle.

I got a metabolic panel and CBC done as well but those all look fantastic. My diet is good and my training is better. I'm a nurse,so I'm comfortable with needles seeing as in the ER we give one to everyone lol but unfortunately they don't teach a lot on this kind of stuff in nursing school.. Probably going to make an appointment with my NP. But obviously I do want kids that's why my LH and FSH has be concerned as low levels lead to infertility.the wife is onboard to get me fixed up, but she really wants to do it the legal way

Someone already said it but you don't want trt, you want to find a good Endo who can fix the problem instead of putting a band-aid on it

I mean is it worth getting fixed now? If I end up seeing an endo will I be able to run anymore cycles?
why u giving up easily and just want to hop on try?
and why u even worrying about another cycle? comon man .
go to endo if they can't help u run pharma clomid and nolva for pct n see .
TRT should be the last resort after u tried every damn thing under the sun.
thanks Toren for mentioning that too

Yeah I made an appt today with my NP. Going to talk to her, she's a family friend so we will see where that gets me.
As far as anther cycle, my hormones already screwed up, might as well squeeze in another cycle ;) lol jk

My numbers were in 420s age 20, and proper functioning LH and FSH so I found an anti aging doc to prescribe TRT :) would never change it.
