You're right, I just read this and I've been a hypocrite for using it. Invalid Link Removed however I don't care for your racism and prejudice towards me. If I grow out my beard I would probably get a cavity search in an airport and funny looks from everyone so I don't even want to grow out my beard anymore. No one from South America would consider me Spanish nor would any Caucasian consider me white. I fit no one yet I'm still judged by a few.

Lol I'm no victim nor will I play one, I'm just letting you know your being a complete hypocrite calling me racist (wrongly)then being a racist towards me(wrongly again). I've spread no propaganda, we can both go online to find studies to determine whether race is a determining factor to ones IQ or not. I don't care whether or not it does because there are many bad people out there with high IQs and many good people with low IQs.

Im not calling you a racist, but what did you mean by people have their lives mapped out by their race when you said that? Just wondering because it does come across as if it was racist...again not saying you are just asking a serious question. You did bring this up along with IQ so you must care somewhat.

How am I being racist? The "study" you keep relying on isn't based on science. Again, you're trying to educate yourself off of blogs rather than actual peer-reviewed facts.

I don't think IQs map out their lives, but it does determine how they learn. If they have the right direction in life they can be successful. I understand how it can be deemed racist but it isn't. Understanding what's good and doing good isn't IQ but consciousness. People with low IQs can be kinder then ones wth high IQ and being a good person is all that matters but we shouldn't ignore the IQ can be genetic.

So how does the color of ones skin pigmentation effect educational input?

What is the proper black way to educate?

And being that Im Sicilian, I now realize I genetically have some of these blackness pre-determined obstacles in my learning ability. How can we incorporate special black skills to propel my growth, development and IQ so I can become well educated partial black human being and be led in the right direction?

And no, I would not deem that a legitimate source. Rushton's work has been destroyed by actual scientists. It's a typical work that racists like to quote while ignoring all of the other research that says it's wrong.

No your going about it wrong, it's not literally the actual color of your skin. It's everything that your ancestors has been through and whatever education they got to develop a basis to there IQ that's passed on hereditarily.

It's not fake in the sense that yes that paper exists, but citing a study that has been proven false. This is how most alt-right articles work. They find one person with an opinion and ignore the thousands of others that show data that contradicts the beliefs they already hold. This is what is happening with climate change as well. If you were actually involved in the science community and doing research (not google searches) you would have figured this out for yourself, but you're being spoon fed lies and regurgitating it here.

A basic genetics book. Start with inherited vs acquired traits. And yes, I am. Are you saying that just because a study is old, it must be true? Should we also still believe sun rotates around the Earth?

There are a little over 200 studies cited in that meta study from different people. Can u find a meta study to disprove this one?

There over 200 studies that are cited and I need to use the internet to because I am not involved in the scientific community so if you can cite another meta study to deem that one irrelevant then do so.

You're comparing apples and oranges, also just because the study is old doesn't make it wrong. I'll look up what books but you seem confident in your stance so I'd like you to recommend a specific book for me to read or a meta study.

You're the one that claimed it must be correct because it's 30 years old, but it was published in 2005. Which article are you claiming to be a meta-analysis? Are you still talking about the 2005 Rushton article?

I just want to make sure we're talking about the same thing because that isn't a meta-analysis.

Thats not a study. Thats a paper about a studies. Anybody can write anything and interpret them to their bias and agenda. I wanna see actual studies, what and where the sample sizes were taken from and how big and more direct details from the original source. Also when I see stuff in that paper of 265 and 196 kids being studies in minnesota back in the 70's which probably had parents who were victims of segregation the study doesnt prove absolutely anything in regards to black people being genetically disadvantaged.

I wanna run a study with 1000 white trailer park kids from the suburbs of Detroit vs 1000 minorities from Boulder, Colorado to prove onces and for all white people are genetically inferior educationally compared to black....BUUUTTTTTT if you simply point them in the right direction they might have a better chance to make it to higher levels of smaarrrtnesssss.

Im not expert but you can learn alot from within the supplement industry when it comes to research papers and use those skills everywhere else in life.

Because it isn't. How is a horse not a cow? A meta-analysis is a very specific statistical method. This is a review. It's basically a book report on how the authors view the past 30 years on this subject. How do justify the authors dismissing the Flynn effect?

You wanna look who financed the study and if its independent or not....you look for the samples sizes and types of sample sizes in the case of white/black sizes 200-300 cant possibly define a couple billion of a race or how the samples were selected ,,,,imagine 1000 white trailer park trash vs 1000 minorities in Boulder Colorado which can shape the results you want and twist it to whatever you want for public perception to desecrate whites. Of course the 1000 vs 1000 would only show results of individual circumstances rather than genetically prove anything. You want randomized independent research. I mean if you measure the iq of 200 black kids who are direct descendants of victims of segregation that proves absolutely nothing about genetics or effects of skin pigmentation. Also supplement companies (alot, by no ways do I say all) will pick and choose studies to their advantage as in the way Flynn effect was conveniently passed on in that paper that was posted.

I do think cultural, religious and individual circumstances can influence people lives to a extent, but I dont believe being dogmatic that it does. Sam Harris has had a couple podcasts with scientist about this issue of genetics, race, intelligence, evolution, etc. He has also caught a lot of flack for giving one of the guests a platform, because they take this information to the extreme racist end rather than to simply see it as a cultural divide. Cultural divide meaning the opportunities given to different parts of the world and races are wildly different.

The main argument is capacity. Is there a genetic deficiency related to mental capacity? Likely the answer is No. Again, as with every other issue, the problem is putting everyone in the same bag.
