Taste: Lemon flavor is spot on. 2 scoops in 16oz of water.
starts off a little sour and ends like a lemon drop a little sweet but not to sweet.

Effectiveness: I gained strength as my workout went on. note I think I had one too many scoops of my pre, gym was almost empty so I was a little louder than normal and was getting into my tunes. my focus was awesome.

I got a new laptop and it has this crappy windows 10 on it. what a piece of sh it!

Glad to hear the flaovering isnt too sour. After going through like 10 PC's in my lifetime. I went mac and I havent bought another one in 5 years. Stil going strong.

Update: From Saturday

Loving the taste. usually no a big lemon fan. but this stuff is a pleasure to sip on intra. no cotton mouth, keeps that sweet lemon candy taste in you mouth.

Results:
Better than normal workout for a Saturday workout. Gym was almost empty. This has to be up at the top for an Intra, Really helped me power through my 5x and end with some 6 sets of stair climbers for calves. Level 10 - 70 steps ea. Calves were on fire and I was one worn out di ck).
Total time 2.10hrs.

I did do 2 more scoops of SWOLEMATE about 2hrs. after I got home and did 2 hrs of yard work. (Heck I had some left in the tank after 2hrs.)

Note: I did do 2 scoops of off the chain pre. I think I over did it a little! I had that tweeking feeling going, Once I got focused on my workout it was awesome. (Don't think I will do this on an empty stomach again) it was too much for this old man.

Update: Finally made it to the gym last night.
Flavor is still awesome. the more I use this the more I love the taste. 2scoops in 16oz of cold water is just right for me. leaves a great lite aftertaste in your mouth that I really enjoy.
mixes perfect and no foam. Iforce got this one right!!!!!

Powered through my 2x5's 90% and my strength and intensity was really good. frankly I'm surprised how well this has helped.
I almost always consume a Intra while I workout.
weird thing is I didn't feel worn out until about a hour after I got home, then this old body felt zapped.
This morning I was really tight in the shoulders which rarely happens.
Might be because my shoulder is continuing to feel better after 2 years and I did hit them with 5 rep sets which I haven't done in a long time due to past injury. Kind of like the feeling! been a long time.

Started back on my ZMA last night and Slept like a baby! this stuff really works for me.
I have also dropped all the other natty supplements I have been taking over the past 12 weeks about 1 week ago. in about 2 weeks I will miss them. Time to take 8 weeks off.
 
Was bummed when Compete went bye bye but really getting into Swolemate

Update: Well I got to hit the gym last night. my daughter game got moved to the visitors field that has turf. (it was also @ 4:00 so I couldn't make it)

Back to Back HST 2x5's 95%
Swolemate really helped me power through this. started out a little slow did about 4 warm ups set for legs and I was good to go. killed the workout and hit some extra abs at the end.
After 2.25 hrs. I was spent!

Try to hit the gym again Sunday.

Friday's workout was great. No Rush got to the gym @ 7:00 left about 9:15.
Swolemate shinned for sure. No Stim pre. Powered through my workout with no problem. Leg strength is climbing fast, weight up on every lift except lateral raises, up 2 reps however. still had enery for a little late night wife cardio.

Sat. went to bed about 10:00pm (old man style) lol. needed to catch up on some sleep.

Sunday workout from 1:30 - 4:00. Great workout took extra time between sets 4 min.. Strength was awesome! it does kill my pump.
Even had some left in the tank for 15min. of stair climbers. and some wife cardio!

Swolemate seems to be a nice intra workout. Been taking it long enough to compare to others in the past.
I will leave it at this for the time being.
Start my full body Negatives on Wed. (will be taking off Mon. & Tue.) daughter has double headers both nights.

Updated noodz: starting to hold a little water in the muscle. This almost always happens when I start my ZMA back up.

I'm is bed most night by 9 maybe once a week at 8.
 
I am in bed by 10 now a days, but lately I was going to bed at 9

Even when I was a younger, college lad, I never stayed up late either (only if I was drinking and that was on the weekends). Outside of that 10 pm has been my bed time for a while
 
Update: Hit the gym about 9:00pm last night. only got in Legs,Chest and Back.
it was a great workout for being so late. (Damn window reg. went out in my car on the way home from work. so when I got home I Had to do the old piece of wood inside the door to hold up the window trick (it is supposed to rain). I have a car that you have to special order almost every F'in part for.
luckily there are a few Junk yards in town that have some of these. (Problem I know there are no window regulators left) I have already taken 3 of them over the last 10 years.

Drank 1 scoop of swole mate when I got home, jacked with my car, had to pick up the daughter from church, Got to the gym about 9:00pm.
Sipped on 2 scoops of swole mate.
Had a really good workout for being a little pissed and no stims.
I'm really starting to like this swole mate. the taste is great, The endurance assistance is good (this is why I take a intra).
