Am i stick handed and what yall think of starterInvalid Link Removed

My weights are 180cm & 75kg

Any tips?
 
Have trained half year now and goals is to gain like +3 pounds muscle, but im not that literally STICK atleast right:D?
 
yeeap thats my plan alrdy, i guess gotta keep workin harder and be more patient with results:) if i remember i will post new photo like 3-4months later to see the difference then:D

I hope You will reach min 77-78 kg at that time...
 
Now its been about month, i tripled protein intake and did lift more weights and little cardio too, now im at 76,5kg, ohwell yesterday at 78kg but it was all bloating�� I also did start Rad-140 cycle at the same time i posted the first picture and i was thinkin taking it for the whole 8week cycle, is there PCT needed after that?

Haha...I have seen skinnier people! Everyone has to start somewhere...

Looks like you made some nice progress in the past month. RAD-140 is one of the stronger SARMs, so a proper PCT for sure. In my opinion, I think you should get off the RAD-140 now and start your PCT, along with MK-677 and stay on that. It should be a nice fit for your goals..
