Question on SHBG and Free T

I just had my blood work done lab core did the testing. Total T was 437 ranges were 264-916 so I looked ok. But when I looked further my SHBG was 50 ranges 16-55 so looks high and my free test is 7 ranges 6-22. So that seems to be on the low side. Estrogen on the low side.

I guess the question is how can I free up more T. Is
It possible to lower SHBG?

no without drugs, I'm in the same boat just my total test much higher I tried stinging nettle leaf and others herbal stuff no results

Boron and Tongat Ali are supposed to do a pretty good job for lowering SHBG..

Show me please blood work which show that this stuff works

Second this. Any proof that any of these compounds actually work?

To be honest, I was just basing this on prior knowledge. Upon looking into it further, it seems that lowering SHBG is easier said than done...unless you want to take a low dose of Ostarine (probably not). Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Boron do look promising. Here is some blood work I found on somebody using Boron...there could be more. It is not all that significant of a reduction, but it is a result after taking the supplement for only a 2 week period.

Tongat Ali (assuming it is a quality extract) has always been reported to be affective in lowering SHBG according to trusted sources. I have not looked to see if there is any blood work available to prove so...

I don't have any definitive answers, but the above supplements are certainly worth some consideration!

We put it in Ventristane for a reason. (Longjack; Tongkat Ali) along with some other really nice to haves to help control E.
