30 min cardio this morning. Ate too much yesterday, but it was still under my cals. I still feel a little off. Whatever.
Gonna head out soon to the gym for some back n traps. I'm thinking to add in db shrugs again for the great rom and stretch....

I always hold at the top for 2 seconds and let it down slow till I get a full stretch. we have one of these old Hammer stregth at my gym that you can use all kinds of hand widths and angles. And hardly anyone uses it.

We got the newer Hammer shrug, but for some reason I feel the stretch more with the DB. So I do both.

Got in a solid back and traps workout. Everything 5-6 ×15. Not too heavy but decent weights. I'm finding that no matter what the rep or set scheme, at this stage of the game I gotta stick to super strict form no matter what. I also try to get the most out of slow negatives. Its working and feels good...

Hammer rows
Hammer low rows
Hammer high rows
Hammer shrugs
DB shrugs
Lower back extension machine
Also managed to grab some careful dedz, so it was really good.

Very weak appetite, so I'm just gonna make me a spicy omelette....

Did an all chesticle workout. Upped the ante a little - all exercises 7 sets x 15 reps....it was work!

Some boneless chuck grilled with jabanero sauce...yeah!

Day 22
Feeling looser in the clothes and tighter in the muscles ( if ya know what I mean...), so methinks I'll do a weigh in tomorrow......mebbe....

Had about 25min cardio early morning. Headed out to the gym about an hour ago. Took a break from my 15s. Today was my day to put in real effort in developing my pull up power, did all my work centered around those muscles....more or less. It's a real enigma; grip is no problem - I can hold the bar for endless leg raises....it's not pulling power- I rep out on strict 260lb pull downs....whatever....I'll figure it out eventually;)

Did
Pull downs 10x10 work sets. Full rom n slooooow negatives. Worked mostly at 240lbs

Pull ups about 3 real ones then amrap fatty pull ups. 5 sets

Straight arm press downs - slooow 10x10

And done.

Sore and wore and well toasted!

Thanks. Truth is I'm really trying this time to stop obsessing about the scale. I've got my workouts, cardio, and eating on point...and I'm putting in the work...so I can't drive myself nuts with numbers

Cardio for 35 min this morning....daydreaming and didn't realize I'd gone waaay overtime!��

Scale is trying to mess with my head...have been eating way under maintenance, crushing my workouts, and looking/feeling good....but the scale hasn't moved much this week....whatever....I'm thinking of just throwing my scales out!��

Anyhow...had an awesomely solid arm workout today. Did not stick to 15s...just repped out every set without over doing it. Ended up between 10-25 reps per set.

Hammer precherz 15 sets
1 handed " 10 sets
Bb curlz 10 sets
Tri oh ext 10 sets
Rope tri pd 10 sets
1 hand cable oh ext 5 sets
Rope fa curlz 10 sets

And done.

Extra work this week and out of area a lot, but I'm still gonna try to make it to the gym at least 3-4 times, hopefully.

Did about 30min cardio this morning. Doesnt look like a gym day today, so I'm just dropping and doing pushups throughout the day, and gonna do some one bands and db work at home with some isometrics thrown in. I stopped counting pushups at 100, so I should easily hit 200 by days end.

Stayed clean and tight over the weekend. I'll probably pop a carb heavy meal soon, but right now I feel better at low carb.

Veinquish seems to be holding up with good effect; appetite suppression and general chilliness. I am a stim guy, but if this continues to do the job without it....I'll be very happy!

Gonna do some more pushups.....��

Thankfully, finally made it back to the gym today...first time since friday......just in time too; I was about to lose it...;)

Did back/traps. 5 solid exercises. Very decent weight, 10-20 reps per sets, 5-8 sets per.

Hammer rows. Up to 5pps
Hammer shrugs. Up to 5pps
Cable pull downs. Up to 260lbs
Pull ups/fatty pull ups
Lower back extension machine

It was great to be back! Hope to do delts/pecs tomorrow.

Diet and cardio are still on point. If I get 2 more gym sessions before the weekend, I'll be happy.

Finally getting back myself after 3 days off. not so bad for me since I'm finishing my HST. Will be going into my A/B split Winter workout in a couple of weeks. This is where I usually get most of my gains. only about 4 months out of the year. (Life should be slowing down some come October).

Yeah, I think I bulked a little too much this year already. Gonna have to continue to focus on cutting this winter - while trying to keep my strength up.....hopefully....

To keep what remains of my sanity, I knew I had to get in some kind of workout. I managed a pretty quick but nevertheless decent chesticles/deltazoid session. All sets between 10 to 20 reps, for decent weights.

Did:
BB seated delts - 6 backsies n 6 frontsies
Hammer Decline press - 7 sets
Hammer delt press - 8 sets
PecDec - 6 sets

Oh, and I did do about 35 min cardio this morning.

Maybe some spicy grilled bird tonight.....

Fantastic arms session again....

Gym was mobbed today. All the no shows who need to get into shape 3 days before vacation...hilarious!

Anyhow....just stuck to my stuff and ignored the insanity. Did all sets 15-20 reps. About 10 sets each, except for Hammer precherz and tri oh ext which I just did endlessly.

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves....

Kept to food dialed in and raised the cardio a bit over the weekend. Trying to figure out how to shake the scale up a little.....
Not complaining and trying to keep my patience as I am feeling good which to me is what counts....but I would truly loooove to drop some lbs....
Truth is, I'm 6 weeks into pct and I'm stronger than ever so definitely not complaining! My joints feel achey and a little dry so I'm probably gonna just do some high pump workouts this week.
Today I worked out at home with 2 bars. I did full body complexes for 5 rounds - good sweat, good pump.

Gonna eat some tuna maybe....not really hungry...
