Did my BB presses in the cage; worked literally to total exhaustion, so it was a good thing!

BB presses behind the neck
Hammer presses frontsies
Super strict and slow Side raises
Rear delt cables
Very careful not to mess with my delts - super strict form. About 25-35 total reps per work set. I really completely wore myself out with 4 work sets....I have a whole new respect for anyone who does this regularly.....
Funny thing is, I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout!
2 more days of this then back to some saner workouts....maybe...

Got up early....did about 30min cardio....dunno what happened.....guess I was in the groove
Last gym workout before the weekend. Very intense workouts this week, so I decided to take what the young'uns call a recovery day: full upper body workout, hi set/hi rep/lighter weights.....mostlyGotta do my heavy pull downs....
Did about 6 sets for 15-20 reps on:
Pull downs
Fatty pull ups
Rope shrugs
Rope rows
Hammer decline
Hammer delt press
Lower back extension machine
Worked up a good sweat and a solid pump.
I'm thinking of doing all full body workouts next week....should help cut some fat and keep muscle, and why not mix it up a little, eh?
