*Important point. Label is incorrect on the percentage of Coleus Forskolin. It is 95%, not 10%.
 
We always planned a solid dose, and something happened between the 10% higher dose (500mg), and printing labels for the actual 95% dose of 50mg. It's a really nice number for anyone that wants to push the dose higher in latter weeks. I think Coleus Forskoli at lower percent and higher doses plays a bit much with people's final outcomes with regard to... how do I put this... using the facility too often.
 
Awesome workout today - just arms...but everything for 15s and kept the weights decent enough.

Arms are sooooore, so figure it was enough;)

Not hungry but gotta eat. Had me a straight 5 egg omelette and a Zevia drink - mango/ginger. Zero cals etc but taste good.

Tonight: half a salmon steak - I refuse to force feed myself the whole thing!

Except for my morning cardio, no gym workouts till monday.

Day 5
Haven't weighed myself yet but I'm feeling good. Kept eating under control over the weekend without "suffering".Took my morning 5am dose with fish oil and coconut oil.

Nothing to report yet and I think it'll be a bit till I can differentiate between a placebo effect or an effect of keto, or the supp kicking in. Either way I ain't complaining - I feel good, my appetite is in check, and I'm doing what I gotta do.

Did my cardio this morning - about 25 min - and heading to gym in a few.

Had a weirdly awesome chest workout - 4 exercises/ 4 work sets! A little old school HIT workout.
Started with one warmup set: decent weight for 10. Then repped out sloooowly and full reps on a decently heavy weight; rest pause and repped out; dropped some weight and repped out; rest pause and repped out. Ended up getting between 30-45 hard earned reps for that one set!

That's it. Surprisingly, I was really pumped and am still super sore.

Appetite suppression - it's real! Could still be just a side effect of keto.....but it's definitely real. Not really in a hurry as this is a long haul supp.....

Done about 20min cardio..... Heading out to the gym. Pecs still sore from yesterday's short HIT workout! Maybe will do it again today for upper back.....

Upper back and traps today. Stuck to HIT; adding the added fun of super slooooow on the negatives. 4 exercises. 4 work sets. Pumped and sore! Between 25-35 total reps in the work set. Rep out/rest pause/ rep out/weight drop and rep out/rest pause/ rep out.

Pull downs
Fatty Pull ups
Cable low rows
Hammer shrugs

N dats all!

Tommorow is deltaroonies. Should be fun on HIT...:\

Btw, 3 people in the gym asked me why I'm in such a "pleasant" mood - at first I thougt because nobody pizzed me off yet;) , or maybe the endorphins from a hardcore wo, or maybe this supp is doing it's thing......

Day 7
I guess I might just weigh myself tomorrow. I know I didn't gain any weight - I feel that immediately - so at least I got that.....;)

Truth is, I can't obsess about the scale. I eat right, do my cardio, take my supps, and slam weights; and to top it off I feel good most of the time....so there! ;)

Did about 25min cardio. Heading out to the gym soon.

Couldn't wait till after my workout.... I had just drunk my pre and saw the scale and figured wth....here goes nothing: 251.8 lbs
Very happy! I eat just slightly below maintenance.....most days.....and the scale has not been very cooperative lately. So a 1.2 lb drop for me in 7 days at this stage is fantastic!
Makes me think to maybe get a litter tighter on the cals.....but too low always backfires.....
We'll see...

Did my BB presses in the cage; worked literally to total exhaustion, so it was a good thing!

BB presses behind the neck
Hammer presses frontsies
Super strict and slow Side raises
Rear delt cables

Very careful not to mess with my delts - super strict form. About 25-35 total reps per work set. I really completely wore myself out with 4 work sets....I have a whole new respect for anyone who does this regularly.....
Funny thing is, I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout!

2 more days of this then back to some saner workouts....maybe...;)

Day 8
Got up early and did my cardio. I gave up trying to figure out what's an effect of the supp, or a placebo, or an outside influence..... I'm feeling good, eating right, and getting my workouts done.

Gonna head out in a bit to the gym....gonna do arms. HIT isn't really meant to be done with simple ( not compound ) exercises, but I'll figure something out....

Ok. Either I gained a serious amount of strength or I just got more guts, because my heavier hi rep sets were my usual low rep weights. I even went up 20lbs on oh ext. Freaky. But good freaky.:)

Last gym workout before the weekend. Very intense workouts this week, so I decided to take what the young'uns call a recovery day: full upper body workout, hi set/hi rep/lighter weights.....mostly;) Gotta do my heavy pull downs....

Did about 6 sets for 15-20 reps on:
Pull downs
Fatty pull ups
Rope shrugs
Rope rows
Hammer decline
Hammer delt press
Lower back extension machine

Worked up a good sweat and a solid pump.

I'm thinking of doing all full body workouts next week....should help cut some fat and keep muscle, and why not mix it up a little, eh?
