I am a 35 yrs old I'm 5'8 185-90 off and on . About two years ago I had almost ended my life in a motorcycle accident , I was brought back twice all ribs broken ,removal of the spleen and kidney crushed lungs. Before that did not live a healthy life either , considered I did wrestle in high school and different types of fighting techniques but not consistent not as consistent as my partying the accident did wake me up true.. But did it? That was two yrs ago. The time is now !!..to be and have the body and the heathy life style I need to be here years to come for me and mines.!! So stay tuned DemntedCowboy has been leading to what I believe is the right way the planning has been great so please stay tuned I will keep everyone posted with this climb to health .. Will return the 30th !
