Did 7 miles this morning!

Just Finished Shoulders, and I had a Nice workout! Tomorrow Rest or Cardio.. Going to a Party tonight and I am the designated driver..

I had a Great Workout this morning!

Killed Chest Dumbbell Workout and Back! I got on the scale this morning and I was like Yes! Down to 198.. Haven’t seen 198 on the scale since 2000, and I am still going for the goal 190.

FANTASTIC! Awesome on the weight cut while keeping/building musculeos! Very inspiring!

Morning Weight 199

I haven’t exercise since Tuesday, but I have been using Radiate in the morning and applying AA at night before 3 hours before bed.

This morning I did Cardio 7 miles, and tomorrow Shoulders and Back..

It's funny. I can literally eat almost anything. Really. I've eaten some pretty disgusting shyt over the years. Calf brains, mountain oysters, tripe, chittlins, even a seal eye when I was in Alaska, but I absolutely cannot eat green peppers. Nope. No way.
