to cruise or not cruise?

lately I have been entertaining myself with the thought of cruising on 100-200 mg test after the cycle I'm on till I go back on cycle again. I'm 24 years old.
I would like to kno the pros and cons of crusing between cycles
how long to cruise between cycles
how much test is good to cruise on
peoples opinions on 24 year old crusing between cycles
peoples opinions on 35 or older cruisng between cycles

Well the most obvious risk is that if you change your mind down the line and want to come off, your HPTA has an increased chance of damage/atrophy. "Rest of your life" has different implications and magnitude at 24 than it does 44.

would using hcg during cycle and cruise decrease the chance of damage/atrophy to your hpta?

I havent really researched hcg but, based on what I do know, it would seem to me it may help with preventing/limiting primary hypogonadism, but certainly not secondary.

ill have to research it more myself. My understanding of it is it keeps your boys functioning like they would off cycle and is recommended for cycles longer then 8 weeks. I have never used it. I got some rn just need to get some bac water. have you cruised between cycles before?

Yeah well its an LH "mimetic" so it will stimulate ya balls. Wont do much useful in the pituitary gland, though; could just cause further atrophy/desensitization.

I think it depends. For example, if you feel like crap for months following up pct and you have no desire to do anything, then I think it would make sense to consider blast and cruise as opposed to cycling. But if you are fine with cycling and feel fine when you're off, then maybe it's really not worth cruising for you. Hopefully this makes sense somewhat lol

I did 2 cycles and each PCT was absolutely horrible. Body would fall apart each time so after my current cycle (3rd) I plan to cruise on 150mg of test till next cycle. I'm only 23. The way I look at it, we're all gonna have low T at some point, if you wanna have that "on" look all year round then you gotta blast and cruise. Anyone who tells you otherwise is probably smaller than you

Yup; I've been off for about 6 months since my last cycle and still feel like ****. I'm planning on cruising after my next cycle/blast

Keep in mind my blasts aren't really blasts. I did some of PRE's Sarms to kickstart this current cycle and then I went to a modest dose of Tren (300mg a week) and test (250mg a week)

Now I just dropped the tren (makes me a little too unstable) and added in a low dose of masteron and a low dose of primo (350/350 each)

I agree bro in my past cycles pct was rough. I'm 24 and I have many cycles to do and eventually will have low t. I would rather cruise then loose size and feel like ****.

Im in the same boat as you and was wondering how long to cruise as well i was thinking 250mgs every 10 days maybe split between two pins for 6-8 weeks

I think 6-8 weeks sounds pretty reasonable and it if your using test e your going to want to pin once every 6-7 days no need to split between 2 pins 250 mg is only 1ml oil bro its not much. if your using test c then two injections weekly.

I think cruising is the way to go to bro.

Just try and keep an eye on sh1t like lipids and hcrit/rbc. For some guys it takes a cycle of EQ to push their rbc high range, others just extended AAS use will be enough. Im not suggesting you do a blood draw every 5mins, but blood health markers do tend to become impacted more when doing cruise/blast as opposed to typical cycling.

All Im saying, be mindful of them and be proactive.

I'd question why you're wanting to cruise? Are you going to compete? Do you want to be a fitness model? IMO if those two are on the agenda, I don't really know why you'd want to take the risk, unless of course you will be having regular bloods and keeping a check on BP etc. Flying blind could mess with your heart and liver in the long run!

For me, I know my career will always be within the fitness industry so I sure as hell want to always look the part. If that makes sense

Can't believe I'm saying this but he's absolutely correct.

#1 thing to always keep in check is lipids and rbc/hcrit

I understand. where can I get my blood tested? how often should you get it tested?

I want to compete. I should start getting bloods and bp checked regularly

For me, as a non competitor, in an ideal world Id like to get my bloods done towards the end of a cruise just before the next blast, and at the end of the blast. Keep in mind a few things though: I dont blast particularly aggressively, and I rarely blast longer than 12 weeks.

As a competitor, Id imagine youll have much more aggressive AAS use than someone like me. Also, factors like what specific compounds youre using, and how long youre using them for, might make one blast/cruise different to another. Youll learn this for yourself as you go along (how your body reacts). You or others may have different ideas on when to do blood draws, but the main thing is that you are doing them with some regularity.

I imagine one of the main concerns for you (and me too, just to a lesser degree) will be keeping blood and arteries as healthy as possible. Part of this will involve donating blood, its innevitable.

I have never competed before so I wouldn't call myself a competitor. I deff plan on competing in the next couple years. Its been a dream of mine since I was young. so if I do follow through with the cruise I should get tested before the next blast. when should somone get tested that's finished a cycle and is doing pct?

I guess when, exactly, you do bloods depends on what you want from them (are you wanting to see how well youve recovered? Are you wanting to see how severely youve been impacted by something? Etc). Peoples opinions/ideas will differ on when the "best" time is. In saying that, theres certainly worse times than others (bit silly IMO to test for homeostasis when youve just finished PCT).

So for example, if I was wanting to check my homeostatic conditions after doing a clomid PCT, Id wait up to 6 weeks to do a draw. Any time sooner and I feel youre still risking a "tainted" hormonal measure (one of the clomid isomers has a looooong half life).

when would be some ideal times to get tested? when people get tested what are they looking for?

These are very general questions man, and dont allow much variation for compounds used etc. So I can only answer generally.

Again, on cruise Id ideally draw leading up to a blast to check on lipid health, rbc/hcrit, e2. Theyd be the 3 main things Id be interested in. Theyd be tested every draw. Other things like TT, SHBG, ALT/AST, etc would depend on money and what I was using. On cruise/blast Im not interested in LH or FSH. You may be.

Id do another test after the blast. Checking for lipid damage, rbc/hcrit levels, and e2 just cos I like knowing where it is. May have to donate if rbc/hcrit is getting higher than Id like. If I had run an oral kicker/closer Id recheck ALT/AST. Maybe.

But this is just me. Maybe my ideal is overkill, but its what Id prefer to do if possible.

I see. do you take your tests through a doctor?

No. If youre in the US there are at least 2 really well priced online labs that have various package deals and discount codes. Lol sorry cant remember the names of the labs.

ahh well if u remember them pm me please. I appreciate you bro learned quite a bit from you this past week

I've read reports of people having kids after several years of trt I think they were probably lucky, if you plan on having any you might want to get that out the way before cruising, or just try your luck with the fertility protocol later, works for some

very good point. This is my first time hearing about fertility issues

Private MD Labs dot com

Do a female hormone panel for about $60.
You can also do a Cholesterol / Lipids panel for about the same.

why a female hormone panel? imma dude

because if you go to their website, that is the panel that they recommend for Bodybuilders.
It can be taken by males or females.

If covers test, E2, FSH & LH
