Not to make things more complicated but... You should do more than 250-300mg/wk. will you gain mass? Sure. But is it worth it? Not so sure.
I'm an advocate for less is more but in this case, I would tell you to start with 1cc for the first 2-3 weeks and plan to increase to as much as 2cc per week from there. Maybe you don't need it, maybe you do. I might would do 250mg X 5 weeks then bump to 500mg X 5 weeks again then shut it down after that and call it your first cycle. Should have two growth spurts in there. One by week 3-5 and another around 7-8 weeks in.
