Legs:hack squat,leg extension,hammy curl,calve raise

Bicep: spider curl ,rope hammer curl,preacher curl , single arm concentration curl

Tricep: close grip bp, v bar press down ,skull crusher,reverse grip pull down


Abs: cable crunch , Leg raise, double crunch, ab wheel rollout

Abs are looking better every pic!
Does the permaswole lose its effectiveness over time? curious never used it.

Nice work as always homie!! From the looks of your last pic I'd say this cycle treated you very very well!! Looking solid and lean! mid section is definitely leaner !!
 
All finished up with my katana drol run it was all i hoped for and more kept /added strength added some size while leaning out here is a before and after top is day 7 278.2 lbs bottom was from tonight 274.5 lbsInvalid Link Removed
Best part about this cycle was zero sides my libido never dropped never had any lethargy overall an excellent product i would definitely use again
