Hi,
Just started my cut 2 weeks ago, currently on 10% bf and 170 lbs. Been lifting for a year now, got up 24 lbs, i was skinny but i had a lot of stored fat cuz i was quite fat few years ago (lost 46lbs but never got rid of that love handles) and i think it would be about the time to loose that stubborn fat, i am pretty lean everywhere except that love handles. Lifting 5-6 times a week plus cardio 3 times a week, diet is on point.I am pleased with my cut for now but i also know that once u hit that 10% bf it takes a lot more effort to go under that 10%.
Just ordered sns yohimbine and i was wondering what should i add to my stack?
Was thinking oxymax xt, inhibit e or reduce xt, or anything better anyone suggests.
Also was thinking of trying aps mesomorph, but tought it would be too much stims cuz of the sns yohimbine? Any suggests for skin splitting pwos?
Current supplements: fish oil, whey, bcaas, citrulline, creatine
