Caldwood Hittin the Pump Juice Extreme!

Had a crazy full body workout today. Fasted and slightly dry. Really focused on my legs and finished with tons of compound moves. Definitely one of the hardest workouts lately. Super high intensity. Empty stomach pump juice extreme is amazing didn't f@ck with me at all just pure ethanol.

I know this stuff on an empty stomach is great. Other PWO, no way I could have done fasted.
 
Have a pretty sick line up tonight for my back, going to try some new stuff out and change it up a bit. Like always pump juice will be there! I'll post a set list and summary this evening.

For real. I work out at night when I leave the office before dinner. Always gets me through a tough day.
 
Awesome just got "back". Wide grip pulldowns 4x8 145,165,185,205
Narrow grip rows 4x8 165/185/185/215
Bent over BB rows 3x10 @135lbs
Single arm rows 4x10 @65lbs
Straight arm pulldowns 3x6 @80lbs
Supenated DB curls. 4x10 37.5/45 last 3

Haven't noticed any diminishing returns on energy or focus which is pretty unreal for a pwo. Typically get pretty saturated after a few weeks and have to take a couple weeks off to get my sensitivity back. Kudos MR.
 
So I decided not to use any pwo today and it really sucked as you can tell my set list pretty much drastically decreased. Humbling to be honest trying to go natty lol.

Blasted the shiiiiiiiit out of my shoulders tonight had to lay down for a minute till they quit hurting haha.
After warmup
Incline bb bench 95x10. 135x10. 185x8. 225x6. 275x3
Overhead BB press 135x10 185x8 135x10 135x8
Front DB delt raises 45x10x4
Bent over reverse flys DB 30x8x4
Various sets of curls and a mild pump builder for aesthetics for muh bi's

Yeah, I forgot mine when I left the house today. Glad I remembered I had a sample packet in the truck
 
Going back on the pump juice this Sunday BP back in the awesome zone! Total lack of diet and support meds on my behalf! Stoked about this.
 
Ok tomorrow I have a pretty bad ass chest workout lined up, two of my boys coming in from LA to show me how it's done. Plan on hitting a big healthy dose of the pump juice and flat killing it! Will post set list and post workout pics tomorrow night. #stoked.

15min warm up

Flat bench BB 135x8 185x8 225x8 275x6 315x3x2

Incline BB 185x8 225x8x2

Decline BB 315x6x3

Cable flys @45 lbs till failure x3

Dips x3 till failure.

Tri work, skull crushers bb 110 x8 x4

Cable pull downs and overheads 3 sets each at 55 lbs till failure . Pump juice just completely kills it everytime, I haven't had a bad work out where I felt sick or over stimmed at all. 100% great product. Will be logging for my shoulder workout either today or tomorrow and will make a concluding post about it. Thanks guys n gals!
