Can Ostarine cause gyno at a low dose (12mg)?

I want to do a short cycle of Ostarine for joint healing. Can ostarine cause gyno and if so what should I take to counteract it? I already have gyno from puberty. The weird thing about my gyno though, is that it comes and goes during the day. My nipple fluctuate from normal to puffy throughout the day. It's only been like that the last 3 years. Before that, they were just always big. I've used a special version of Vitamin B6(forgot the name and too tired to search right now before breakfast), in order to reduce gyno and it didn't work. In fact, it might have actually made it worse. Lowering prolactin doesn't seem to help the issue. My estrogen floats around 28 normally and my prolactin last time measured was 11.4(3.0-14.7 ng/ml range).

If by B6 you mean pyridoxine then no, it wont reduce gyno (not in the same way letro or ralox will). At best it will decrease prolactin. Studied dose is 600mg per day.

Ostarine is a pretty low risk compound, at least compared to stuff like trestolone. But, its higher risk than just about anything natty. My point is that it will affect hormonal homeostasis, but to what degree will ultimately be user-dependant. It therefore still carries risk.

Yes, it can cause gyno. Have nolva and exemestane on hand and use if needed. Not sure why everyone thinks the beginning of gyno is a big deal...just have the right stuff on hand and it shouldn't be an issue.

Reread my post....have on hand and only use if needed. If you're that worried about 12 mg of osta you need to stick to creatine and protein shakes bro.

Like I said, I want to use it to help with arthritis, so not even for muscle building. Creatine messes me up. It makes me piss every 20 minutes.

If thats what you want to trial it for then Id dose it as low as you practically can. If this stuff had ever made it to prescription use I doubt it would have exceeded anywhere near 5mg per day.

Speaking of SERMS and such, I already have a vial of Clomid I never really used. It's from a year and a half ago though. I'm not sure how much better Nolva would work compared to Clomid.

is exemestane overkill for gyno experienced from osta? wouldnt anastrozole be effective enough?

If you're will to do anabolics for healing, why go with ost? Why not use NPP or deca, people have used them for years to help with joint issues.

Were you diagnosed with pubertal gyno from a Dr? Puffy nipples isn't solely indicative of gyno.

I was when I was a teen and it just never went away. Docs haven't been interested in checking it out, outside of blood work.

I'm only just now finding out about all this stuff. I was going to go for TB-500, but was told most peptides now are fake and some SARMS would work better anyway. I was told about Ostarine and MK-677. I was concerned with MK-677 though, because it's supposed to increase red blood cell count and my count always tends to be on the higher side; granted last time I had blood work I wasn't breathing that well. I've been dealing with sinus issues for about a year now. I get a CT scan of my sinuses today in fact. So, yeah that's why. Also, I was looking for something that minimally suppressive.

Where did you find all this info? Sounds like a load of bull to me... I'm taking mk677 now, no BP issues. I only run at 10mg a day though. Peptides are not fake and aren't the hardest things to make apparently. I'm pretty sure it subjective to the company rather than the peps, I'll PM a reputable source. IVe ran MOD GRF/GHRP combo and had bloods done with great results. Osta sometimes shuts people down, if never bother with it personally, no one knows the long term effects yet.

On another forum that's dedicated specifically to anabolics. So, are you suggesting I take MK677 instead? Also, thank you.

Yet if you go on UKMuscle or Reddit even, they are boasted about. One person will take them, thinking they will be a wonder drug (nothing is), didn't get the results the hoped and hen slate them or call them fake. Pretty much like most things. You can try mk677, I like it but it does give you some bloat and intramuscular water retention. I run it like 6 months of the year at a low dose.

Hmm, that might be bad for me because I just had GERD surgery. How bad is the bloating at low dose? I might be better off trying something else.

I don't mind it, it's not like a painful bloat, just like you've had a pint of beer haha if I were you, I'd go for the original plan, BCP/TB. If they don't work for you, you've lost 50 bucks but if they do it's 50 of the best you could have spent.

Thanks a lot dude! I'm still going to look up studies on oral BCP. Apparently they gave it to rats in their drinking water and it had a huge effect. I just saw my surgeon that did my GERD surgery and bad news is, she wants me to wait until November to lift heavy. I'm thinking I'll do the BCP first and come November, do a SARM for muscle building. I'll be 30 next year and pretty much have the mindset now oh "screw it, what can I take to make me reach my goals faster?" I COULD use a SARM that helps with fat loss in the meantime though. Any suggestions on that would be much appreciated.

Easier to get yeah but like 3 times the price and for minimal returns! Var is expensive though and you'll need a base for that too if you want to run a nice dose haha
