Here's the next blast starting it up on July 15th if my blood work is half as good as it has been we are g2g!

4 week kickstart either SD or Anadrol not sure yet both IM maybe 6 weeks at half doses.
12-16 weeks test E 750mg a week may step up to a G week 8- 12/16
T3 50mcg Ed
Frag 250 iu x2 week w/test
Hcg 250iu weeks 4-12/16
Support stuff blah blah
Maybe possibly deca @250/300

50 mg of T3 a day will probably kill you
 
Ok so i started a little early. Bloods are solid and have been so we are good to go. Have been on SD now for a few days and only have one week worth of test and deca in me. 750mg test 450 deca 10/20/20/30 SD. And weeks 12-16 var if my liver is cool.
 
Oh I'm also running 50mcg t3 ramping up based on the weather can't take too much working in 115 temp. Frag 250 iu x2 week as soon as the ****s back in stock -_-.. and some no ester stuff randomly pwo
 
Var is what Im finishing with. 8 weeks on the backend. And I got my Abombs started, today was day 3 and I am starting test on Monday

When using Anadrol pre workout, how does it compare to oral Trest pre-workout? Any idea?

wow-for me that would be a seriously heavy cycle...I've ran sd solo, but never been above 400mg test cyp per week and never ran any other aas...I bet you are gonna grow like a weed, lol.

I plan on hitting 250 at 6'2 and then cutting for 16 weeks back down to 225 and 12%
 
What's your Caloric intake for the term of the cycle?
Right around 3,000 with a 40%P, 40%C, 20%F, and fiber will be somewhere around 7%. So it would break down to 297g Protein, 297g Carb, 66g of fat, and about 38g of fiber a day.
My TDEE sits around 2,700

Supenated DB curls. 4x10 37.5/45 last 3

Haven't worked out in 4 days, family was in town. Plan on banging on my chest like king Kong tonight, going to be hurtin tomorrow. Will post set list following workout.
 
Blasted the shiiiiiiiit out of my shoulders tonight had to lay down for a minute till they quit hurting haha.
After warmup
Incline bb bench 95x10. 135x10. 185x8. 225x6. 275x3
Overhead BB press 135x10 185x8 135x10 135x8
Front DB delt raises 45x10x4
Bent over reverse flys DB 30x8x4
Various sets of curls and a mild pump builder for aesthetics for muh bi's
