Background is 36 yrs old, 172 lbs, 15.2% bf. Diet is 50% Protein, 30% carb, 20% Fat.

1st Cycle: 16 weeks Test-E 300 @ 600 p/week

2nd Cycle: S4, Ostra, Gw

This Cycle: Test-E 250 @ 500 f/16 Weeks, ABombs 50mg @ ED/Wk 1-4, Anavar 50mg @ ED/Wk 11-16, Adex .5mg @ EOD/16 Weeks, Nolva 40/40/20/20 Weeks 18-22.

I will keep a daily log everyday. With Nudz and Weigh In every Friday.

Other Supplements Taken: Pump Juice Extreme Invalid Link Removed, Creatine, BCAA's, Multi-Vitamen, D3, B12, Fish Oil, Milk Thistle, Liverite, CoQ10, Bayer Aspirin, Sleep Aid Invalid Link Removed Most likely will add in Tudca Invalid Link Removed as soon as it comes in.

Really, I was thinking 6 weeks at the end of the cycle would be good. Maybe, I will have to extend it. Start it in Week 9 instead of 11
 
Var is only mildly hepatoxic even though it is 17a methylated.

It is extremely anabolic too, when dosed correctly.

If you're doing A Bombs weeks 1 - 4, then you could take 4 weeks off orals on weeks 5 -8, then do Var weeks 9 - 16.

Ok, i will push it out then. I just thought with 2 Orals I would need more time inbetween.

Probably so if you were running to heavy orals. But Var is pretty mild on the liver.

Ive run it twice with no tudca, and both times my liver values came back withing normal range after PCT.

But take what i say with a grain of salt. Ive never run 2 methylated compounds in the same cycle,

But have researched it quite a bit, and it seems like 4 weeks in between is a common layout.

You could always do some liver blood work towards the end of week 8, to see if your liver
values look go to start early.

A liver value test is only like $60 on privatemdlabs.

See I dropped the Test Levels because of the Anadrol and Anavar. But just a little. And I havent run Deca, or SD yet so let me know how it goes for you. Are you running a log on it?

Louisiana, not your LA. But I have spent time in your LA to for a little while. Flew into there for training at Ft. Irwin, passed through there on a flight to Washington, and I spent a little time down in Modesto with a buddy of mine from the Army. Only place I didn't care for there was San Jose

Used to live in Louisiana, I'm from Europe though.. loved the swamps haha. I'm on test e and winstrol now and I normally get really good gains on test alone and just wanted to polish a little with win. Good luck with your cycle.

Used to stay in Mandeville and metairie. Once at the apartments close to rouses grocery store in Metairie. Other times I lived in houses.
