I am looking to cut down and lose some weight. I see Follidrone 2.0 has some great reviews and thinking about giving it a try. Would you guys recommend taking it for cutting?

I think it'll aid you in a cut. I've never used it for that purpose, it's a recomp machine ime but I bet it responds to most diets.

It's 25% off at Nutriverse when u stack code AM5 atop our autodiscount. Best price on the web.

For sure! It's a great product for holding on to lean muscle mass while cutting down. I picked a bottle up last month from strong supplement shop and i'm using it right now. I would suggest running it for 8 weeks and if you're diet is on track you will get good results.

Hi

Just got my self some Follidrone 2.0 plus the EXOTHERM with it. And I still also have an unused bottle of SUP3R-SHRED from OL Uk. Would all this be stackable or too much maybe? Thanks for the input!

Yes. Keep in mind that Folidrone 2.0 acts as a GDA.

Thanks for your reply, appreciate it! And sorry, but you mean yes it is stackable or yes as it is too much? Thanks!

Yes its stackable for sure. I mean that you will want to watch dosing FD2 when cutting as it can result in low blood sugar. So dosing 2 caps pre-workout may leave you feeling like crap at the gym. Most folks cutting with FD2 have to eat at maintenance or above. Its hard to lose scale weight, but you will get leaner and stronger.

Ok perfect, thanks again for your help much appreciated, will watch out for it.

What is the best dosing scheme for FD2? ...I work out first thing in the morning and take a Casien shake and eat two granola bars pwo. Then I take 2 caps of FD2 and then my 3rd cap around lunch time.

I saw somewhere that you need to take them at certain times with lots of carbs to get the full effect

When I was consuming high carbs lean strength grains were very noticeable. Then when I decided to try keto about 8wks ago is where it shines for me. I believe FD2 is what made the transition so smooth without loosing strength or looking flat as most state when going keto. I have been in this game since 96' just wish I had tried keto years ago!

Perfect dosing. 2 caps with pre-workout meal and then a cap sometime later in the day. I would leave the 3rd cap for supper time though, cause your pretty saturated already for the two morning caps. And don't be scared to eat more calories.....FD2 will turn them into muscle and strength better than any other natural supp.

Awesome. Thanks!

Has anyone felt fatigue/lethargy waking up or during the day on FD2? I've stacked it with CEL M-Test, started last week, and the last 4 days I have been feeling foggy-headed and lethargic.

I will have to drop both and reintroduce individually to see. I'm wondering if it's my dosing, but I've been doing 2 pwo in the morning and 1 at lunch time. I would think the ingredients in MTest would have this effect more, but not sure.

Experiences? Thx.

Have not heard of anyone having lethargy from FD2. Yep, take a few days off until you feel right and then introduce the one you think is not causing the problem. It may that you introduced too many ingredients or ingredients new to your system at the same time as well...

Could be your body wanting you to eat more. Try it, I'm almost positive you add in some calories and you will feel better than ever.

I ate a LOT today. Chicken, veggies, pizza, rice, salmon, shake, etc.

I also took Karbolyn.

I'm leaning toward the M-Test. I take melatonin nightly, 2mg, and I'm thinking it's not meshing well with the Ash and Ldopa.

I'm going to stop everything and start fresh. I first want to see how the FD2 solo goes. I never had this fatigue and foggy brain before to this extent.

Tried L-dopa a few times over the years and it does not agree with me....I either have a good sleep or bad sleep and more often its a bad sleep with lethargy throughout the day.

Got up after 6 hours sleep. Not as deep as before, but big difference today so far: not fatigued or foggy brained. ...Definitely think it's the dopa now as I was already taking mucuna pruriens for about two weeks.

Gonna just do FD2 for now.
