I've been the dumbass who has always goPH route and seen great results. I've finally realized that it is smarter to run a full-blown cycle instead. I am just asking for help in building my first cycle.
 
Best first cycle is Test E @ 500-600 p/week for 12-16 weeks. I prefer 600@16 weeks. Make sure to have Nolva for PCT and Adex on hand for on cycle support

Unfortunately yes. That's something you'll have to figure out yourself. It's pretty easy though. Check out some other forums that have sources.
Read up, do research, and find out which ones are quality.

Weeks 13-16 750mg

Again this will be my 1st test cycle.

Also I have m-sten on hand, could I use this as my kickstarter for the cycle?
Or since it's my 1st test e cycle should I just stick to a single compound?
 
I already told you single compound is what you need, and to run it between 12 and 16 weeks. Your choice. Week 1-16, or Week 1-12. All you need is Test for your first cycle

Use the same dose the whole cycle. You will see no benefit with tapering up.

So 1 compound (Test) @ 500mg/week for 16weeks.
Split into 2 doses, pin Mon/Thurs.

Not starting cycle for a while. Still working on my PCT and deciding when to take aromasin.

What's your guys opinion? General consensus seems to have on hand and utilize when estrogen flares to lower estrogen and limit sides.
Wouldn't starting it with test and taking eod be better (prevention as opposed to "curing" high estrogen) Or will that be too suicidal on the estrogen to run it the whole cycle and pct?

I would stick with 250 Monday morning, and 250 Thursday afternoon. Keep AI on hand, and if you want to start it before signs of sides. Wait till the third week, and run it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. What are you running for PCT?

Still on Aromasin EOD

Natty test booster w/ Arimistane

Need to have HCG & Clomid included since it's a 16wk cycle?

You should be fine with the test, aromison, and you can run Nolva 40/40/20/20. I have ran test at 16 weeks @ 600 without needing an AI. No need for the HCG, Clomid, or Natty Test Booster

Alright, great! Thank-you again for the help!!

Now time to line everything up and make sure everything is on point. Before actually starting my first cycle.
I feel like a little kid on Christmas and I don't even have everything on hand yet!
