Taking Alphamax XT. Taking with other supps?

Hey guys I started taking the Alphamax XT. I've been also supplementing with HumanN superbeet anyone here of this product ??

It looks like it's just beetroot powder, likely you're using it for the nitrate content? There shouldn't be any issue at all taking it with AlphaMax XT. For nitrates and endurance, you really want at least 400mg nitrates. It doesn't look like the beetroot powder in Superbeet is standardized for nitrate content, and even standardized beetroot extracts I've seen only have 1.5-2.75% nitrates, meaning you'd need ~14.5g of beetroot, and it's possible that the product you're using has less than 2.75% nitrate, which is what the above dose is used on (400mg nitrates from a 2.75% extract).

I see. I was originally using it due to supposedly it helps dilate blood vessels etc.

Yeah, it's just that I'm not really sure if you're getting an ideal dose of nitrates or not. How much per serving is it about? You could always pick up some potassium nitrate caps, or use a stimulant-free pump-type pre-workout that has a good dose of nitrates plus some other goodies.
 
muscleupcrohn has you covered - there shouldn't be any issues dosing Alphamax XT with this. What is your current dose timing for Alphamax XT? It's usually preferred to take Alphamax XT with meals, and using a nitrate or pump product would probably be best used away from meals. It's up to you on the dosing and it shouldn't make much difference, but you would probably want to split them up anyway due to timing with meals.

I wast sure if the Super Beets supplement would cause any negative reaction due to it can cause lower blood pressure etc from what they advertise. I had a bad experience with Alphamax last year where it would make me feel as if I was having bad panic attacks,paranoia and felt like my blood sugar or blood pressure was off. So I'm kinda itchy about take 2 supplements together now.

Ok. There shouldn't be any problems taking the two tougher. Some ingredients in AlphaMax XT have actually been shown to help with stress and anxiety, so it's interesting that you noticed those effects, although everyone is different. I've often taken AlphaMax XT with high doses of nitrates and enjoyed it, so hopefully you enjoy it too.

Ya that's what is weird cause the ingredients show it has stuff for aniexty. Maybe alot had to do with it was I was going through a divorce and separation depression from my kids. Could had alot to do with it. Now that I'm in a healthy relationship and life is good it should be alot different
 
Like said above you should be good to go on alphamax + nitrates. I don't see a reason it shouldn't. Stress have a big toll on the body so that was probably it.
