I'm in for recipe ideas and protein porn! And interested to see what you think about the product. A stand-alone protein powder is something I've been wanting MST to carry since back when I repped for them.

Awesome! In on this! Cinnamon Roll sounds good!

Taste

Cinnamon Roll – For a protein powder that is naturally flavored this would be hard to replicate a pastry like a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon flavor is faint, and the dough flavoring from a cinnamon roll is a subtle aftertaste. There is a slight glaze flavoring that binds together with all the other aspects of the baked good. Overall it is not something that is going to be as strong as PES Select, Cellucor, and XF 2.0 on the market. When you factor in the 100% natural flavoring, coloring, and sweetener there lies a major difference in the strength of the product. Overall from a shake and sludge its decent, but not something that really pops your taste buds. I prefer this in Sludge over a shake as I found the flavor to denser and pack a bolder aftertaste.

Mixability

With 8oz Cashew Milk + 1 Scoop whey there was no clumping and mixed with ease. When I mixed 1 scoop in 6oz of plain greek yogurt it dissolved instantly. This is not the thickest protein powder, but then again it is mostly WPC. There is also not a lot of gums to help thicken the product, so this does mix on the thin side.

Off to a good start!

Great first review. I like it on the thin side for mixing with things other than liquids.
Not a big fan of Cinnamon roll except for mixing in in greek yogurt or oatmeal. Note: I have not tried MST New Zealand Whey Cinnamon Roll. I have only use the BSN Cinn roll and it is very sweet. too sweet to mix in a shake or sludge for my taste.

Awesome looks good! And nice review/start.

They look dark because that is how the makeup of the powder is. The overall cookie bakes fine, it is just the flavoring is a bit dull due to the makeup of the protein powder. Hence why you dust it with cinnamon to help enhance the flavor and a touch of sea salt to bring out the flavor. Overall not bad, but the baking does help enhance the flavor from a basic shake.

Looking for suggestions on the next recipe to make fellas! Get to me before I plow through this tub!

Breakfast or mid afternoon has been 1 shake with 2 scoops in 2 cups almond milk and a handful of ice cubes + dash of PB2/PBLean. A peanut butter cinnamon roll shake is actually damn good at curbing appetite on a cut. Since there is almost 45oz of liquid in my ninja!

Do you have your own cooking channel on youtube? I'd follow that religiously.

last request for a final recipe? Almost 3/4th of the way gone since I have been using it daily (Shakes/Sludge)

What is your most flavorful recipe on hand? Something you'd never guess had protein powder in it?

Great log and great recipes! It was a fun read!
