Burnin' Down a Titan...the next 6 weeks

Here we go guys! Im back in full swing again. Had a pretty big 3 week hiccup with some personal issues, but through some personal resolve and the help of so many people on Anabolic Minds, Im at full swing again. Started lifting again earlier this week and seems like I havent skipped a beat in strength. Unfortunately...and I know several will poke fun, but I joined Planet Fitness due to it being the ONLY gym within a reasonable driving distance (rural NC). BUT...with the hammer strength machines its allowing me to focus on isolating each muscle and seems to be helping with my joints some. Also been adding in some extra cardio, running when The knees will allow it and the elliptical when they dont. During the 3 weeks off I put on 7lbs, socIm
Back up to 210....but that wont be there long. So...I hope you guys are still with me, and ready for the biggest changes Ive made thus far because my mind is where it should be and I no longer have an anchor holding me down!!!
I once gained 7 lbs, and then I dropped a duece and was good again. You should probably try that. You'll be baxk to normal. Lol

You have a good attitude. Not letting your life event derail your progress. You are going to need these things even if you thought it was going to happen one day. I know it's not the same, but when I fcked up my back, my grandpa passed like 3 weeks later. I would have really liked to have gone to the gym to help me deal. Keep it up! I am still here!

Doing good! just slammed with travel and Work. missing a little gym time and the diet is so/so at best. happens every year around this time.

Damn you are looking great brother!

Thank you! Make sure you get you some "you time" Im finding out now just how essential it really is.

ryane87 I appreciate it. My outlook on a LOT of things has changed for the better. And I always have you guys.

I get that from Nov. - Feb.In about 3 years there will be a lot of me time!

Sounds like you got some of that monkey off your back. busting your A ss and having someone bring you down because you are trying to build a better future for your family can be a depressing.

Love you man!

Got off shift this morning, dropped me an omelette and 1.5 hours later I was drinking my radiate and applying SuperNova. Off to the gym. Great bicep tricep day, they felt like they were going to pop! Followed it with 20 minutes of cardio. Not checking my weight again until the end of the week. Attaching a picture from post workout. Invalid Link Removed

Ummmm....I THINK that looks like the inside of a lame Planet Fitness??? I wouldn't know...I've never even looked in the direction of one of their sites..

This is the thing. Life would go so much better if we could run it in reverse. We have to get out there and experience things before we know what we should even be experiencing. I mean, most people get involved with someone in their early to mid- 20's, maybe early 30's....and then you are gonna realize at some point that you should have been looking for a partner - someone who actually can do some of the things you aren't good at, someone you can give back to equally, and someone who when you are both together you allow life to be better - but most of us wind up 20 years down the road and realize....this person isn't a bad person, but I've been struggling to do me for so long and they've just pulled me in a direction I don't even want to go. Unfortunately, a lot of people blame the other person and have resentment - but in reality, it's just two people who aren't aligned in common goals.

Not sure if that applies to Titan...or anyone...just seems like I've noticed that a lot as I get older. Maybe I guess it's obvious? :)

Well put!
I'm lucky found that person on the second try! after 27years of marriage there have been a few bumps in the road, we pretty much ignore the few little things we don't care for about each other. I'm sure she has more of those on me than me on her. lol.
Hell it took my best friend 5 tries to find the right one.

Oh...I am judging, don't worry. And you can take it. Cuz you are one bada $$ mofo.

Outstanding day in the gym today peeps..the REAL gym HIT4ME, in Elon. Theyve decided to put a time limit on my PT time so had to move fast. And ....kept it simple. Started off with pull-ups, 50 wide grip and 50 using the rock climbing grips . Then over to deadlifts. Was a bit nervous because I havent done them in a while and the knees are pretty sore. F**ck it. Every rep paused on the floor for a second.
135x15
225x10
225x8
315x8
365x5
385x1
I know I should be doing more but as I said, with my knees the way they are and being so long since Ive done them, Im fairly pleased. I then did Seated Wide grip rows . 4 sets of 10, 10 minutes of abs and then back to the station for 20 minutes on the elliptical. Heck of a sweat. Supper was 3 Turkey burger steaks, and green beens!! Chest day tomorrow Invalid Link Removed

Where's the beef b1tch?

Diced jalapeños, VERY little italian bread crumbs and a small amount of parmesan cheese blended into the meat. Good stuff

I will marry you

Alright I'll let your b1tch a$$ slide for now, especially since I'm eating crap food in dc Airport destroying an ipa! But I'm still coming for your @ss,my target date is June 30th to have at least the top rack of abs showing good!

I'll never understand how anybody can actually enjoy an IPA. Seriously, what are you thinking?

SFreed and habajaba since you guys always comment about the lack of smiles from me....look what I found just recently....Invalid Link Removed

And guys....Ill drink a beer with you anytime!!

Awesome job man I just read your post and starting place. I am going to looking into the warrior diet. Need to drop 30-40 lbs.

Wuddup fellas? So obviously Ive been out for a little bit handling some personal issues, and still in the process of figuring it all
Out. But...I miss being on here and miss you guys...most of you lol. So although I may not be AS steady as I was, Im getting back on here and will stay consistent as possible until everything is settled. My training has not taken too big of a hit, although with everything going on Ive missed a day or 12. Still working hard and now having to make the decision on taking a job in Iraq, but Im getting back on track. My apologies to those who care. So, to give you an idea, the first picture Im posting is from Feb, with the second being last week. My strength is up, but my weight is as well, as Im back up to 217, which by looking in the mirror Im assuming some of which is muscle weight. So please forgive me, and rejoin me as I get this sh1t rolling again!! Ok...will post the pictures later, not allowing me too right now

Welcome back oh fireDude! You ARE missed when not here. Hope everything works out great on the job front. Stay safe!
