Donald Trump running for president

What facts? Those provided by the US government? ROFL!!!

Saudi Arabia doesn't give a damn about terrorism...they are terrorists which makes pro Saudi people the ones who support terrorism.

Hey, remember the last Republican president and his intel lol. All of those WMDs we found! They were everywhere right? lmao

Saudi Arabia doesn't give a damn about terrorism...they are terrorists and give boat loads of cash to terrorists which makes pro Saudi people the ones who support terrorism.

Forgot to add the US government created, armed, trained and financed both Al-ciaeda and ISIS. Look at the budgets if you want facts.

Hey, remember the last Republican president and his intel lol. All of those WMDs we found! They were everywhere right? lmao

Or the Gulf of Tonkin lie (unclassified) that triggered the entire Vietnam war and cost the lives of 60k of our people....after that people trust intel??....intel my azz!!!!

I find myself wondering two things:

1.) Is fighting terrorism possibly the most counterproductive thing we could be doing?

2.) Is terrorism truly motivated by religious ideology, or is it another economic war hiding behind the mask of religion?

I feel that valid arguments for both questions could be made either way.

1) yes unconstitutional foreign interventionism issues 100% counterproductive...murdering millions of innocent people over decades over lies, politics and oil and people tend to want revenge.

2) it's easy to convince people of all religions and atheists in war broken poverished nations to become terrorists. It's called war.

Religion has caused war since the beginning of recorded history and it will continue to do so. Of course there are also tons of wars rooted in economics as well.

1) The way that we have been fighting terrorism is counterproductive. This country continues to only create more terrorists because they think they can destroy an idea with bombs and bullets.

2) Terrorism is motivated by all aspects that major religions stand against (ie, greed, prode, envy, etc.). Religion has been distorted and used as a tool to recruit people that have literally nothing. Those in charge do not follow religious tenets because that's isn't their true reason for terrorism. If another country came over here, bombed the **** out of Michigan to the point that it was rubble, and set up a permanent military base, how hard would it be for anybody to get the surviving members of that state to rise up in the name of Jesus? Quote Matthew 10:34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." and send them on their way. Religion connects communities and is the easiest way to unite people to do your bidding, but it's not the reason for terrorism.

religion often gets the blame for everything...you can't discount the fact that the world seems to have quite a few psychopaths that just plain old enjoying killing people-it doesn't take much to motivate them to do something they are already inclined to do.

if instead of referring to them as terrorists we replace the term with 'possible serial killers' maybe the public would take this more seriously!!!

Good point man.

The 'ISIS' terrorist who just shot a hostage and was killed by police Australia last night was, in fact, a crackhead.

I'm sorry, I just find it hard to believe a website is going to 'radicalize' someone to do something as hideous as mass murder of innocent children if they weren't inclined towards that behavior to start with...

This makes sense, read all of the way to the end.

In case you haven't connected the news dots... Putin owns the largest oil company in Russia. He made a 500 Billion dollar deal with the CEO of Exxon Mobil. Obama put sanctions in place which stopped that deal. Russia then hacked into our government in order to get Trump elected. When the CIA told Congress this in September (James Comey was also in that meeting), Mitch McConnell refused to tell the American people, blackmailing Obama saying he would frame it as playing partisan politics during the election. Comey released the infamous no-information letter. Mitch McConnell's wife was picked for Trump's cabinet. The CEO of Exxon is now the Secretary of State. Wonder why our President has been so quick to dismiss the CIA's findings?.........it gets better.....Here are some facts : Decide for yourselves 1) Trump owes Blackstone/ Bayrock group $560 million dollars (one of his largest debtors and the primary reason he won't reveal his tax returns)
2) Blackstone is owned wholly by Russian billionaires, who owe their position to Putin and have made billions from their work with the Russian government.
3) Other companies that have borrowed from Blackstone have claimed that owing money to them is like owing to the Russian mob and while you owe them, they own you for many favors.
4) The Russian economy is badly faltering under the weight of its over-dependence on raw materials which as you know have plummeted in the last 2 years leaving the Russian economy scrambling to pay its debts.
5) Russia has an impetus to influence our election to ensure the per barrel oil prices are above $65 ( they are currently hovering around $50)
6) Russia can't affordably get at 80% of its oil reserves and reduce its per barrel cost to compete with America at $45 or Saudi Arabia at $39. With Iranian sanctions being lifted Russia will find another inexpensive competitor increasing production and pushing Russia further down the list of suppliers.
As for Iranian sanctions, the 6 countries lifting them allowing Iran to collect on the billions it is owed for pumping oil but not being paid for it. These billions Iran can only get if the Iranian nuclear deal is signed. Trump spoke of ending the deals which would cause oil sales sanctions to be reimposed, which would make Russian oil more competitive.
7) Rex Tillerson (Trump's pick for Secretary of State) is the head of ExxonMobil, which is in possession of patented technology that could help Putin extract 45% more oil at a significant cost savings to Russia, helping Putin put money in the Russian coffers to help reconstitute its military and finally afford to mass produce the new and improved systems that it had invented before the Russian economy had slowed so much.
8) Putin cannot get access to these new cost saving technologies OR outside oil field development money, due to US sanctions on Russia, because of its involvement in Ukrainian civil war.
9) Look for Trump to end sanctions on Russia and to back out of the Iranian nuclear deal, to help Russia rebuild its economy, strengthen Putin and make Tillerson and Trump even richer, thus allowing Trump to satisfy his creditors at Blackstone.
10) With Trump's fabricated hatred of NATO and the U.N., the Russian military reconstituted, the threat to the Baltic states is real. Russia retaking their access to the Baltic Sea from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and threatening the shipping of millions of cubic feet of natural gas to lower Europe from Scandinavia, allowing Russia to make a good case for its oil and gas being piped into eastern Europe.

All sanctions need to be ended against Russia, its an act of war. There is nothing wrong with the Russian economy rebuilding itself. If Russia helped Dump win the election over that war mongering terrorist Hitlery its only a positive in my books for the whole world. NATO and the UN need to be made obsoleted.

Annexing Crimea was the first act of war in this exchange and was made by Russia after they deliberately destabilised Ukraine.

But then really, the oil war has been running for decades already.

It was a reaction to the west (NATO and Obama and some other special interests) overthrowing the democratically elected president of Ukraine and financing extremist groups to start a civil war with the Russians.

These are the side effects of foreign interventionism. Crimea was Russia's only exit from their west and had hundreds of years of claim in the past. They didnt even invade, their warships were always there, they just jumped off their boats and took it lol.

The West started the war first and they destabilized Ukraine, Russia only did what they had to do to protect their interests. Should have the west not do their typical practice of foreign regime change that never would have happened. The media of course likes to tell a different story.

I think he referring to the agreement reached in feb 2014 in which the constitution yanukovich was to remain in power until proper elections could be completed. The coup which began the next day i think was not expected.

Oh, just saw this one.

I thought the whole thing started with a recession and then the revelation that Yanukovich was embezzling money....or was it bribes?

It wasnt expected because the west planned it that way.

Whatever it is, I guarantee its a pimple of corruption compared to what they do here in Washington D.C. and the private un-Federal Reserve, Im talking trillions of dollars, more corruption that the entire global economy. This government and has no moral ethical integrity to be brokering deals for regime changes in other countries. The corruption behind the coup itself involved George Soros, the US and billions on Ukrainian assets and resources. We here have overthrown governments over bananas. I mean really the fruit bananas. If the US was to impose sanctions, it needs to start sanctioning itself, lol.

That is true we did over throw Hawaii over bananas and pineapples.

That is true we did over throw Hawaii over bananas and pineapples.

I was refering to Costa Rica in the cia backed coup in '54. Speaking of Hawaii, bureaucrats backed by the US government seized Hawaii by force. To this day the native Hawaiian independence movement still is told to go F' themselves when they ask for their country back by the same politicians who think we should blow up Russia over Crimea, ROFL!

Who watched or listened to the Comey circus side show today? If not, here's the results. Yesterday all the heads of the different intelligence agencies testified under oath that NO ONE EVER tried to influence them or pressure them to stop any kind of investigations surrounding President Trump or his associates. Today Comey admits that no one has ever been prosecuted for "hoping someone would do something". He testified that Trump was never under investigation personally. He also testified that Loretta Lynch had improperly stepped into the Clinton investigation and ordered them to start using the term "matter" instead of "investigation." He also admitted to giving a Columbia professor buddy the info with the direct request to leak it to the media, as to get ahead of anything that might come out when President Trump said Comey better hope there's no recordings.

So all the other heads of the intelligence community agreed that no one related to President Trump tried to have any investigations stopped, and the dirty FBI head that got fired is the only one making specious claims to the contrary.

Chris "obama thrill up my leg" Matthews even conceded there's no collusion between President Trump and the Russians and that Trump didn't try to obstruct anything.

I can't believe he threw lorreta lynch under the bus...comey is very untrustworthy!!!

Comey is a Clinton plant...I don't buy their silly non dispute before the election, it's all games to fool the media. Both need to be arrested and put on Guantanamo bay.

I agree...that is why I was so surprised to hear him throw lynch under the bus like he did-totally unsolicited, he just threw it out there?????

btw- who are you taking in the rematch?

I thought Kovalev won the first match and pick him again. Ward is awesome what I think hurt him the most was that inactivity that last fight but Kovalev is a beast.

I got Canelo over GGG by decision...and I love GGG.

Maybe the Clintons didn't think Lynch was discreet enough and now she's being punished.

agree with kovalev...can't help wondering if GGG was sandbagging last couple of fights to draw canelo in-canelo had been dodging GGG for a longtime....gotta go with GGG.

it is vey hard to second guess comey, he changes sides often---the only loyalty comey has is to comey.

True, but I don't know if I can blame him. Even if you show loyalty to the Clintons or Trump, they end up screwing you over in the end...or worse! He tried to play the game and failed. He'll go through this little act and have a show on CNN in a few years.

lol...he already has a book deal.

comey is no boy scout, he has a history of being a scoundrel. the director of the fbi is a very political position, he knew what he was getting in to...asked if he wouldn't have been fired would he still be director-- without hesitation he said yes.

You don't get to the top without playing the game. He just over-played his hand by trying to play both sides. If he really wanted to keep that position, he should have kept his mouth shut and collected his check.

It's things like this that should be taking up prime time news, not all the BS thats on there now. I'll be looking into this group and reaching out to them.

comey can't help himself, he is a 'showboater'!!!

comey has a reputation for overreaching....I find it laughable that he testified to being too bullied by trump to say he was out of line---yet he has no problem flat out calling trump a liar on national television....

I know, I seen some pretty awesome videos of them putting their asses on the line today, if that doesn't want to make a person get up and do something to help people I don't know what would. Showed a little girl they saved that had been pinned down and laying beside her dead mother for two days. And while this is happening everyone is bitching about trump and Comey , pretty insane.

He is, but so is Trump. It's a battle of both of their pride and we all suffer while they act like children. These hearings are always such a waste though. People get up there and act and nothing gets resolved.

to be elected to office is a lot different than being appointed to office by someone who was elected, imo.....the people who elected trump knew he tweeted before the election and still elected him....I don't think comey could get elected anywhere outside of california or new York--he wouldn't be any worse than what they have now...but comey could not be elected president, imo!!!

here is my take on things...
trump fires comey-in a not so nice way
comey is pissed
comey leaks memo to press
comey's leak promps call for special counsel-comey's long time friend Robert Mueller
comey testifies he leaked memo with the purpose of a special counsel being appointed

now, I don't know about you but this smells like 3 day old fish left out in the sun...comey is pissed at trump...comey leaks memo to press...his buddy Mueller is appointed to investigate trump who comey is pissed at...comey is mueller's top witness against trump and they are buddy's....
