1.5" 23g intra glute and when my wife pulled the needle out it bleed good for 2 or 3 seconds. 1 Should i worry, and 2 did i bleed all the oil out?

Try leaving the needle in for about 30 seconds after all the oil is pushed in. Immediately apply pressure after pulling it out. Happens to me with every 23g stick, the needles are too thick. The amount of oil that came out was probably minimal, I wouldn't worry too much. I use 25g in my delts and hardly ever bleed

Have your wife pull the skin down or up before she stick the needle in. Leave it in for 20-30 seconds after and then when she pulls it out she will release the skin which moves back in place creating a Z like "hole" which seals the oil in since it had a bad time backtracking

my wife is a nurse, and was taught this method but in the real word its not needed. the amount of oil escaping would be minute if you are using a 1" or longer pin. that said, it does work pretty good for not bleeding. if you are giving yourself an injection it would be almost impossible to "z track" the site. just slap a band aid on and head to the gym!~
