does DHEA work?

Im taking 200mg dhea for 2 days now oral tablets. does it work? what benefits do you see? Does it only work if you have low test and not if your healthy?
 
Work for what? Yes, it definitely works there is no question about that, but for what purpose are you taking it for?

He wasn't. He was asking a question in hopes of helping you. It can be beneficial but a lot of that is determined by age and purpose, hence the question.

Have you had your test and DHEA sulfate levels tested? Were your DHEA-S levels low?

I think at most you'll just feel better overall with higher DHEA if you're deficient but with little physical change.

Yeah there's no need to supplement DHEA unless your DHEA-S level is low. Just because something is on the ban list for sports doesn't mean it's going to have a huge impact on your physique.

In the future I'd suggest getting your blood tested before tinkering so you know exactly what you need to raise.
 
Yes it really works if your dhea is low. Most men 30 or under don't have an issue. 40 over it can have good benefits. Basically the older you are the better supplementing with it works

Sucks people turn a solid question in to a sh!t show. I have never seen any benefit with oral DHEA. Try the creams. You can get them on amazon. I believe they work as it helps morning wood and I am a little more aggressive when using it.
