Mk-677 and Ostarine Stack

Looking to run Mk-677 and Ostarine. Took blackstone lab's ostarine after a pro hormone cycle about two years ago, 30mg everyday for 4 weeks. Any recommendations on how long to take both of these compounds? New to Mk-677. Should I take an AI on cycle or just PCT? and would a low dose of clomid be okay to take pct?
 
You could do osta for 8 weeks at 20mg's. Def have an ai on hand because some people do have estro sides on osta. At least something like inhibit E. Exem is suggested tho. Just in case.

MK you can run thru pct. I have. It doesn't affect your text levels or anything like that.

8 weeks of osta you're gonna need a full pct

Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/25/25
 
If I just wanted to do the Ostarine for 6 weeks and 25mg (the dosing size I have) would you still recommend a SERM on pct?

Yea you def need a serm for that. Suppression/shut down from sarms varies from person to person so best bet is to just to have it to be on the safe side.

Imo just do the 8 weeks and get the most out of it.

Serm nolva or clomid your choice and a test booster

Is it necessary to do Nolva / Clomid mix like that? I read a bunch that Nolva is really all one needs? I mean purerawz has both and a mix formula, but if just nolva does the trick, why the mix?

No you don't, that was just an example of the protocol for each one. One or the other is cool.
 
I would try MK alone for a few weeks - for me it has nasty anxiety side effects (worse than PH's) and big time lethargy (but it works). Always use a SERM with anythign hormonal - best to buy some pharm grade clomid. I used RC Nolva once and it did not do what it was supposed to and I suffered for it.
 
I think you are talking to the OP, I am already running Osta and Mk-677, both by Olympus Labs. No anxiety issues here. Lethargy? What brand of MK?

Keep in mind Ostarine is also an MK-2866, but i knew what u meant :)

I agree on pharm grade SERM, but most of the BB community seems to think Novladex is fine by itself, some prefer clomid if Novla does not agree with them or a mix of the two from what i read if they really are prone to sides.

I am personally just going to use Novla SERM and Armistane for AI. For me, I need it for after strong PH cycles.
 
Wow, so i ran Osta at 20mg for the past two weeks with 12mg of Mk-677, everyday AM before cardio and lifting.

When i started i was 216lbs and 18-19%... coming off a dirty bulk, without cardio (foot was broke past 5-6 weeks) and too much sugar in diet. I ran German Pharma DMZ and Epi before this Osta cycle.

Now, by simply reducing sugar (thank god for Walmart $6 stevia big 10 oz bags) i can hydrate with a zero calorie homemade iced tea (need flavor not sugar), and its a generally great and affordable sugar substitute can dip fruit in, put on waffles, etc.. Way better taste than sucralose IMHO.

I am now down to 206 and 13.5% BF.

I think my electronic Eat smart scale attributes some water weight from cycle as fat... but have to say Olympus labs Ostar1ne and Ghar1ne are excellent recomp or cut agents stacked!

I noticed moderate pump action while on, increased endurance, and moderately good strength...

Since i hit my recomp goal faster than expected, i just switched to LGD4033 today at 8mg and continuing with Mk-677.

I'll probably jump over to and LGD thread, now, but also have to say LGD feels like a stronger ostarine, I'd say with higher strength potential like S-drol or DMZ... coolio.

I'll do a full SERM based PCT directly after.

Then wash, rinse, repeat.
 
A lot of guys are recommending a short run of Torem for PCT for Ostarine or even LGD...vs the full clomid/nolva PCT.

Torem, not familiar i will look into that. Novladex was pretty affordable from where i just ordered.

What's better to stack with LGD, 4-andro or Epi andro? Test base type to combat lethargy.

Any better value than Primevil andro max?
