Life is getting super hectic and my diet is suffering badly..just wondering what some of the favorite greens supplements are on AM?

Chaos and pain has come out with a great fruits and greens product. Unlike others it taste good without that chalky after taste. Code:skellie saves you . Go check it out I guarantee you will be pleased. I noticed a difference in my digestion after a couple days of drinking it first thing in the morning.

Or controlled labs one

Controlled Labs would be my choice though.

Controlled labs.

Controlled Labs Orange Triad+Greens is the best there is. It's a...
Multi mineral,
Multi vitamin,
Joint support,
Immune support,
Organ support,
Gut/digestion support
And
All in one greens supplement.

The taste isn't great but mix it in with some chocolate flavoured protein and you've got yourself a chocolate orange powerhouse!

I also like the controlled labs greens...but, I generally get the Orange Triad plus greens.

I don't like the flavor much, but it's a really comprehensive multi and greens complex. Plus, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and joint support.

Spirullina
Kale/spinach
Avacado flesh
Garlic
Banana
Kiwi fruit
Extra virg olive oil
Water

Mix in blender. Takes a little bit of time/investment, tastes like utter sh1t, but no cooking and arguably "better" than any powdered crap.

CLs greens supplement would definitely be the way to go in my opinion. Quality supplement company that you can trust.

I can't answer on quality (however that is measured for a greens product), but your best value (that I could find) is going to be Ultimate Nutrition's 'Vegetable Greens Golden Maple Flavor'.... and here's the tricky part: from an online retailer that I can't mention because they aren't a sponsor :D

A lot of places carry this product, but this one place blows everyone out of the water on price - must be a volume thing - they are a huge E-tailer. You should be able to find them somewhere on the first Google page though.

Edit: Oh, and I just incorporate Banannas and Blueberries into my macros, as well as Low Sodium V8 Juice - may not be perfect, but I got literally sick of eating actual leaves and always steaming Broccoli. But I know those are healthier.

Completely agree. Not sure I'd consider most of the greens products out an actual "greens product" since they either consist mostly of fruit or micro-dose most of the vegetable ingredients (both likely to make them taste better).

My preferred greens shake (that tastes really good...saw it online):

Green apples
avacodo
kale/spinach
celery
cucumber
ginger
lime juice
unflavored protein powder

This man speaks the truth. Not only are you getting the greens, but the full Orange Traid multi with it as well.

AD Wellness Grazed is great. 5g BCAA as well as Organic spinach, spirulina, kale, kelp, broccoli, parsley, pomegranate extract, acrerola extract, flax meal powder, beet root extract. You open it up and it smells like a garden and actually tastes great. I do 1sc with meal 1 and 1 before bed.

I have tried both Controlled Labs Orange Triad + Greens and Ultimate Nutrition Vegetable Greens. I like them both very much though CL's OT+Greens is a lot more comprehensive and geared towards sports nutrition (multivitamins, joint complex, EFAs etc) whereas UN's Veggie Greens are great for everyday nutrition (getting extra veggies and fruits in your diet).
