How do I get connects for annabolics?

Dude I hate to break the news on you but....I know first hand NOBODY OR NO ANIMAL has a stress free death! In nature you get slow, your injured, your eaten. and if being eaten alive is a stress free passing than youre right it's better than a butcher, but untill I stop seeinmg my bros die with insane fear in their eyes I'll keep eating meat
That's what I'm saying it undergoes a ton of stress, which releases cortisol, which we then ingest. That was my personal reason to stop. But by all means whatever one likes is cool with me imo.

Just saying I'm not a crazy vegan or judgemental just that there was logic in this choice.

I think you worrying about the cortisol these animals may or may not be releasing is increasing your cortisol much more than eating the animals ever could.

You're entitled to be a vegetarian if you want, but this specific example is not logical.

I think you missed the point. The entire animal kingdom eats that cortizone! If you live in reality you realize that that has been natural for thousands of years, but yet a few ppl said that's not good. I'm sorry I go with nature

Fair enough. My bad and apologies.
Just something I read. And living in America one feels like they have to justify being a vegetarian. People look at you like you're crazy. Like, so what it's a choice?

You are right though. I found out the cortisol thing after I made the switch. Lol. Like I said was just personal choice.

Yeah, like I said, I had MY reasons to make the choice.

Not saying you should too, and there is no comparison. There is no one better than the other.

Like the old saying goes, you can NEVER compare yourself with someone else. You can only compare yourself with YOURSELF.

I get it, you don't have to explain to anyone why you're a vegetarian, but some of us wanted to know because we want you to make an informed choice. If you do it because you care about the animals or some other personal conviction, then good for you, but I wanted to make sure you weren't doing it because of the cortisol thing, because that's not really true.

Yes, but too often I see false information being spread in regards to being vegetarian/vegan, which could lead someone to make an uninformed choice. I'm all for people coming to informed conclusions/decisions, even if they decide to do something different than I do, I just don't like seeing people make decisions based on wrong information.

 I must of really hurt your feelings. I deeply apologize. Lulz. Newbs on the innerwebs.

It says I need 175g protein a day to make good gains. That's insane idk how I'm going to do that lol.

I did read something that said 3 protein shakes a day though. That's decent advice.

My next part is striking a balance between workout and off days. I have noticed when I eat too much I just start to put on a gut, so how to balance eating enough with eating too much?
If you can't get in 175 protein a day find a different hobby. Start drinking a gallon of milk a day along with 3 solid meals, problem solved

Drink a gallon of 1% milk every day. Some days you make not finish whole gallon. That's ok. Consume 5 grams creatine monohydrate everyday indefinitely. I agree train for 10 years consistent before you take androgens.

How many calories per day do you need for maintenance?

I can already tell you, you need to more than double your protein.
That was my EXACT thought.

You should REALLY educate yourself on biology, and nutrition. Learn how your body works because I'm telling you, if you're not taking in proper nutrition, you'll never reach your goals. It doesn't matter what connections you make or how many sups you take.

Hey OP. Do you eat eggs? I find that eggs are a cheap but great way to add extra protein in my diet. I normally consume 5 to 8 a day, thats apx 100 extra grams of protein, hidden in my normal foods or fried up by themselves in a pan.
