Angcd3 goes off the Richter Scale with Quake 10.0 (Sponsored)

Shoulders/Bi's

2:45 Pre work out meal 8 oz chicken 1/2 cup brown/wild rice
4:00 2 scoops of Quake
4:20 Work out with xtend blue rasberry (my favorite flavor) and 1 scoop Karbolic

Seated Lateral raises: 4 10-12
Smith shoulder press: 4 8-10
Front raises strait bar: 3 8-10
standing lateral raises: 7 8-12 (30-45 sec rest)
Strait bar curls laying on incline bench face down: 7 10-12(30-45 sec rest)
Ez curl bar curls: 3 8-10
Db curls alternating: 3 8-10
Rope Hammer curls: 7 10-12(30-45 sec rest)

Work out was finished in just over 1 hour. Focus and pump from the Quake was excellent, rest recovery between sets was amazing. I was really pushing it through this one keeping the weights as heavy as I could while still getting good solid reps. Bi's and shoulder felt like they where going to pop and lasted well after my workout was over. Liking the new work out routine so far and still loving the Quake I know this is marketed as pre workout, but it is way more then that definitely an overall work out performance booster. Chest is up for tonight..

That is the best part of quake. While it is a pre, it also has so many performance, endurance, and recovery benefits to assist your workout. It is not meant to just blow you away with stims (or no stims). it is meant to IMPROVE and optimize your workout.

Tuesday's work out Chest/abs:
Ok so last night I did not have to be anywhere right after the gym so I wanted to hit chest hard.

2:45 6oz of chicken 1 small sweet potato
3:55 2 scoops of Quake just through it in a water bottle a couple of shakes good to go.. really look forward to drinking this each day
4:20 Work out (xtend with Karbolic)

Altered the work out a little still doing the 7 sets at the end just added and changed the other sets a little to go heavier and add a few more sets

Incline Bench: 135(2) -15 185 -10 225-10 245-10 275 -5 (could have hit more but wanted to up the weight) 315 x 3( these went up very nicely I've never hit 315 for more then one on incline before!) 225x6 (no rest after the 315) 225 (2)x8

Incline Fly's: 70's for all 5 sets 10-12 controlled reps getting a full stretch and chest extension

Machine press side sitting: 5 sets 2 plates/side 10-12 reps

Flat Db's: 90 100 110 120's all for 10 then 80's for 12

Mid range cable fly's: 7 sets 30-45 sec rest

Abs:
25x4 weighted rope cable crunches
4 sets of hanging leg raises to failure

This was a great work out was stoked about the incline, especially since I am trying to lean out and still seem to be getting stronger( I am sure I can thank The Solution for that... so THANKS!!!) two small changes to my pre work out meal and intra workout drink has really seemed to make a huge difference, along with the quake which is providing me with focus, mind/muscle connection, pump and amazing endurance and recovery between sets has been amazing..off day today since my daughter has practice right after I get done work today was going to run but I did something playing soccer the other night to my leg/back so going to rest that..

Bi/tri:

2:45 8 oz chicken 1/2 cup brown/wild rice
4:00 2 scoops of quake
4:20 work out (xtend with karbolic)

So with this new routine it has me hitting bi and tris twice a week once with another body part and at the 5th day together.

Seated DB curls: 55's 7 sets 10-12 reps (30-45 sec rest)
Incline DB curls: 50's 3 sets 8-10
Machine curls seated sideways one arm at a time: 4 sets 8-10
Strait bar curls laying face down on an incline Bench: 7 sets 10-12 reps 30-45 sec rest
Reverse grip Cable extension: 4 sets 8-10
Close grip Bench: 225 4 sets 10 reps
Over head rope extensions: 3 sets 10-12
Rope push downs: 7 sets 8-12 reps 3045 sec rest

Abs
Decline crunches 4x25
Hanging leg raises: 4 sets to failure

Great workout arms where pretty smoked after this. Pump was spot on muscles felt full and pumped (lasted well after the work out was over). Excellent focus and could really feel the muscles working/contracting with each exercise. And endurance/recovery between sets was great was able to keep hitting it hard through out the entire workout. .. Off tonight we are taking my daughter to watch the US women's field hockey team play...Back at it Saturday morning.

Two work out updates from over the holiday weekend:
Saturday back/tri's
Monday: Shoulders/bis

Saturday: I woke up later then I wanted to so I actually trained fasted
9:00 am two scoops of quake
9:20 workout xtend with karbolic

Wide grip pull down 4(10-12 reps)
narrow v bar pull down 4( 10-12)
Bar Row 5(8-10)
Cable Rows 5(8-10)
Strait arm pull downs 7(8-12) 30 sec rest
Rope push downs 4 (10-12)
Close grip bench 4 (8-10)
v bar push downs 4(10-12)
Overhead rope extensions 7(8-12) 30 sec rest

15 min on stair mill

Overall very good workout nice energy, great focus, endurance between sets was on point. Pump was not as noticeable until about 1/2 way through my workout then it came on, assuming that was from the fasted training but once the carbs got into my system the pump started to come on. Definitely was a good comparison and can really see how much better the pump is from the quake with the added carbs.

Monday
8:00 2/3 cups of P28 pancake mix with Walden farms zero calorie syrup
9:00 2 scoops of quake
9:20 workout, xtend with karbolic

Military press (smith) 5 (10-12)
Seated lateral raises 4 (8-10)
Standing angled lateral raises 3 (8-10)
Rear delt flys 4(10-12)
Db shrugs 5 (8-10)
Front raises 7 (8-12) 30 sec rest
Strait bar spider curls 7 (10-12) 30 sec rest
Preacher curls 4(8-10)
Rope Hammer curls 4 (10-12)
Strait bar cable curls 7 (8-12) 30 sec rest
15 min Stair mill

Ok so right off the bat I could feel the difference between my two sessions, the pump came one much quicker then the fasted training session, it also lasted much longer after the work out as well. Endurance recovery and focus were all spot on.

I am more then 1/2 way through this tub and I am really enjoying all aspects of the Quake.

Chest is up tonight ...

Notes: Had another great workout and the Quake still does not disappoint, well besides the fact that I have what looks like one more workout with it left.. although I do have another bottle of the stim version ready to keep me rolling with it!!!. My rests between sets was a little shorter then normal needed to get done as quick as I could, weekend sports, but my endurance and recovery between and during the sets was on point and kept me pushing through. And the pump was once again excellent....its a good solid pump that helps keep you engaged from a mind muscle connection aspect, it does help you feel the muscle working during the entire workout and it lasts well after its over.
I have shoulders and bis up for tonight with my final dose of the Non Stim.. and will provide my final review at that time as well.

If you need some stim free quake. I got a good deal for you. Just let me know and i will fill you in.
Can't wait for the final review.

Ok First let me start off by giving a big Thank you to The Solution , for giving me the chance to Log the Quake, all the samples, advice along the way and even hooked me up with an extra tub of stimmed Quake which was awesome, (which i am going to start using today) He really does take care of his loggers!!! so much appreciated! .... so Final workout with the Quake 10.0 non stim....

Shoulders/Bis only had an hour so this was an abbreviated but intense session

2:45 pre work out meal 6 oz of steak 1 small sweet potato
4:00 Last two scoops of Quake
4:20 work out Bcaa's with karbolic

6 sets of Smith Machine Military press (8-12) 135-185-225-225-275-225(14)
5 sets of seated lateral raises 10-12 35-35-40-40-45
7 sets of strait bar front raises 15-20 reps i used 60-50-40 did about 5-7 with each weight drop sets for all 5 (30-45 second rest)
7 sets of spider strait bar curls incline bench rotated between 70's and 60' 8-12 (30-45 sec rest)
4 sets of Standing ez bar curls 10-12 80's for all sets
7 sets of hammer rope curls 10-15 reps (30-45 sec rest)

Even though my workout time was short it was intense and my shoulders and bis were smoked!!! Had an excellent pump going really felt the muscles working with each set. Focus was on point and rest and recovery between sets even thought I was moving quick and taking very little rest was very good.... Once again another great workout with Quake. .. Final review to follow

Final Review:

So after using the Quake 10.0 non stim this is what I have found. It is way more then just a pre workout, it is an overall workout enhancer. Obviously being non stim its not gong to get you all wacked out on caffeine and other stims only to crash later. It will provide you with focus to really hit your workouts hard giving you a mind muscle connection to really feel your muscles working by giving you a very nice pump that you start feeling very early on in your workout and sustains through out and after your work out is over. Initially this aspect of the Quake was not as apparent to me during the entire work out but after a couple of minor of adjustments from "Chef" Bob, adding carbs pre and intra workout it really helped the Quake to shine in this aspect. The Quake 10.0 also provides you Peak O2 which i have taken before and in my opinion is one of the best work out performance enhancers there is it provides you with the ability to recover much quicker between sets and adds endurance during as well. When looking at these aspect you can see that Quake 10.0 stim free is much more the just a pre work out or a pump product that I have taken in the past it much more then that which you can see.So if you want to take something that is going to enhance your work outs and performance then Quake 10.0 stim free is for you. If you like some added stim in your pre then give the regular version a try all these benefits plus the stim... I'll be using that starting today myself.

Mixability 10/10: Never had an issue whether mixing it or shaking it (you will notice its more of powder then other pre's)

Taste 9/10: The lemon flavor was great, I looked forward to drinking it every day, but if you use 2 scoops make sure you use enough water it can get a little sweet if you don't.

Focus 9/10: Every workout I had i was really focused and ready to hit it, was able to get that mind muscle connection which is always great.

Pump 8/10: You are going to get a nice solid pump from this it will come on early and sustain through out your workout and after. (the added carbs really let this shine)

Endurance/Recovery/Energy 10/10: By adding the Peak O2 in the ingredients is really what sets Quake apart from other pre's out there. Even though there was no caffeine the peak gives you the ability to recover between and the endurance during your sets, which was one of my favorite aspects of Quake.

So its been great logging hope you enjoyed it, if you are looking for something to help enhance and improve your workout and are not big on stims like me then give Quake 10.0 stim free a try you wont be disappointed.

Make sure you toss that in the review section too brother.
